We were recently shown around a property in New Radnor by your representative Becky Dunn. It was one of the best experiences we have had viewing a property, as she covered every detail and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of both the area and the property concerned.
Nothing was too much trouble and she seemed very sensitive to our requirements. We very much appreciated her courtesy and kindness.

Leo met us at the property and gave us an informed tour. The questions he was unable to answer he investigated and responded to the following day as agreed. Very professional presentation on the property well delivered, with a good sense of humour.

Beccy and Lauren were both excellent, I was undecided whether to sell or rent , I was given very helpful advice by both girls , they are professional, friendly and informative.

Becky was our first point of contact on our initial enquiry of a property Chancellors had received on their portfolio. I was delighted to be given a viewing appointment straight away followed by a confirmation email.
Although the viewing date was some time away.
Further calls to Chancellors, introduced me to Edward, regarding a further request of information on the property.
Come the time of the viewing Edward was professional and courteous showing off all aspects of the property.
With the professionalism of the Chancellors team we were delighted to make an offer on the property which was duly accepted.
The sales team had been exeptional in there pitching of the property.

Following a very professional viewing and valuation which was correct for a swift sale all went very smoothly to completion. Throughout the whole process i was kept fully informed by staff members who also told me of the stages reached by the purchasers satisfactorily.

Ella was exceptionally responsive and considerate in arranging and conducting our viewing of Paradise Farm. She promptly provided us with the answers to the various questions we had about the property and was a pleasure to deal with.

I requested a property valuation, an appointment was quickly and efficiently arranged, the valuers arrived promptly and a thorough and courteous service was provided. The valuation took into consideration the property itself and sales of a range of broadly similar properties in the area.

Andy was a pleasure to deal with in the purchase of our house. He confirmed all viewing arrangements and showed us the properties we wanted to see. He was very knowledgeable about the town and surrounding areas. Andy has made himself available to us for questions and is very approachable.

He even showed us where to get a decent lunch!
