Courteous, helpful, Swift response by Estate agent Mr Russell of Chancellors in Northwood.

Went to great lengths to bring the prospective tenants to show the property asap. He was available in the evenings and weekends to fine tune negotiations.

We are currently in a process of securing a property to rent and I must emphasise the resourcefulness, diligence and friendliness that Ms Natalie Procter showed during this process. We faced many difficulties during these unprecedented times (due to COVID-19 pandemic), but we found Chancellors and Natalie to be understanding and willing to help overcome them. I am especially grateful that she managed to promptly react to our demands and provide response or offer an alternative solution.
