The Estate Agent merrily helped themselves to my backdoor keys during a property viewing, unknown to me at the time, which caused me unnecessary cost and inconvenience during my subsequent house move.
P.S. I contacted Chancellors with the details, as requested below, not a word have I heard.

Zoe Strange is incredible. Our tenant was experiencing payment challenges (as many of us are during Covid-19 times) and not being the most transparent about the late annual rental. Zoe smoothly and efficiently managed to iron out all creases in the dialogue between all parties: creating a win-win solution for everyone. I can't recommend Zoe and the Chancellors team highly enough. They truly do care.

Terrible communication - impossible to get hold of on the phone. The central call team queries did not get through to the local teams which ended up in a wasted day of travelling to and from a viewing that the estate agent didn't show up to

My inquiry was answered very promptly, and the Sales manager came on time to see me.
She was well informed and answered my questions with confidence. She was complimentary about the house and surroundings, and did not dismiss anything I said, as though it was not important.
I felt she knew the area and I liked that.

Speaking to Annette this morning was so helpful. A really friendly, honest and kind voice on the phone at a really stressful time! Thank you

This review is largely for Lisa Cox, who was part of the Wallingford team that helped me to sell my late father's house.
Lisa was positive and helpful from the very start, especially as this was my first experience of selling a house. She explained the whole process very clearly and was extremely professional.
Lisa kept me informed and updated on the proceedings on a regular basis and was always at the end of the phone if I needed her. She constantly put my mind at rest and reassured me at a time when I most needed it, even when she moved to a different branch.
Ruth Waclawek was mainly involved with showing potential buyers around the house and she was always very positive and communicative. The house was always left in a spotless condition after people had been shown around.
Finally, Jessica Harding was extremely helpful in the latter stages of the sale, especially liaising with the buyer over a period of time with different matters.
I can highly recommend the Chancellors team at Wallingford for their good work.

I found a property on Rightmove I was interested in viewing, so I enquired. Didn't hear anything for three days. In the meantime, I called twice and didn't hear anything.

It took five phone calls and two emails before a viewing was arranged.

Then, on the day, we were standing outside the property for an hour. Nobody showed up. Every time we called, we got a different person from the head office who couldn't help us. Nobody from Wallingford bothered answering the phone.

Incredible incompetence Chancellors. I hope you apologise to the poor soul selling their house through you.

Really efficient and helpful - gave us all the information that we needed and were really quick at getting back to us.

Annette was a very efficient/lovely agent, arrived exactly on time, spent a good long time talking to us being very pleasant but still taking us through everything. Anyone would be happy to have her come and do an evaluation on their property. Highly recommended!!
