I found a property to purchase being marketed by Chattertons Estate Agents. My initial viewing was hosted by Jen who was extremely welcoming, informative and helpful. After that, subsequent viewings were conducted by the fantastic branch manager, Doug Paterson. This sale/purchase was complicated by the fact that the elderly owner had gone into care and the sale being managed by her disabled son who was a long distance away. Doug had to act as liaison and there was absolutely nothing that was too much trouble for him, from recommending an excellent firm of solicitors who, with Doug’s input, were able to expedite the process to completion in 5 week, fantastic! There is no way I could praise the team at Chattertons, particularly Doug, any higher and have no hesitation in giving them the highest recommendation.

I recently had my will written by a partner at Chattertons. I can highly recommend this firm as they are all incredibly nice and helpful. It made what was for me quite a daunting task into an easy, pleasant experience.

We moved house in Jan after 8 months of difficulties.. Thankfully all properties in the chain were handled by Chattertons. They were brilliant: great folk to deal with, very proactive constantly working to move things forward, chasing solicitors, resolving problems, and generally keeping the whole chain together. Doug was fantastic, and the whole team great to deal with. The best estate agents I have ever come across or heard of - by a mile.
