Paid £125 inc delivery for a 7ft tree. What showed up what a total joke. Totally uneven tree - so bad that it looked like a third of it was missing. Tried to call them to discuss but impossible to get through to speak to someone on the phone. Eventually had to email them and arranged for it to be collected and refunded however it took them 15 days to finally issue a refund. Barely an apology or acknowledgement. According to their website they personally select the most full and even tree on your behalf - hilarious claim. Lesson learned - always buy a tree from a place where you can see it in person.
Bought an expensive potted Christmas tree last Christmas but it had no chance to survive. The roots and trunk were cut short and put in clay soil! Definitely done on purpose for us to buy another one next xmas.

Really good experience. Tree was delivered as planned. I could install it on my own. There was a small mismatch in the size (I was delivered a 6ft while I ordered a 7ft) and it was solved really quickly by email, at my convenience (I requested a partial refund rather than a replacement).
Our tree was delivered on time and looked stunning.. on one side. The other one that was turned to the wall by the delivery men (and could not be seen without moving the tree) appeared to be very sparse with branches, missing a few and had a few absolutely dry ones without any needles on them. All the calls to the customer service went on voicemail, but after a couple of emails we were promised a replacement in 3 days (the earliest they could accommodate us). Having spent the Sunday in awaiting for the tree (the time slot given was from 8am to 10pm), the tree was delivered at 4 pm, but it appeared to be not the one we ordered (different type with much shorter needles and cheaper one). The lady who accompanied the delivery tried to reassure us it was the same one, so I had to refer her to the company website and explain the difference. They apologized for the confusion and promised to correct it the following day. After we contacted the company (calls going to voicemail again but the responses to emails were prompt), they told us they can only do on Tuesday and not Monday. We explained that we cannot be at home on Tuesday, but the customer service refused to accommodate us. To cut the already long story shorter, after numerous emails we agreed on a refund (to be processed in 5 days), but Christmas Forest “could not unfortunately” help us with the disposal of the tree they delivered.. so now we have ordered a new tree (the type we wanted initially and 30% cheaper), but still need to figure out the disposal at our own cost. Will never order from here again and do no recommend. The other thing to note, the employees who delivered the tree (both times) were not wearing masks, so another thing to consider if you are shielding
