Delighted with the pre-lit tree we got last year, we decided to buy another. Completely enamored with it, I've switched from being a fan of real trees, and I couldn't be happier with the change.

Very Happy with the look and quality

Genuinely can't fault CTW one bit. From the initial order and seamless delivery, to raising an issue with a missing part which was rectified immediately over their online chat and delivered equally as promptly with apologies, to then raising a further issue which again was also sorted within minutes online - this company are on-the-ball with every aspect of their service.

We ordered their 6ft Arbor Vitae Fir Tree, Wooden Christmas Tree Skirt, & storage bag on the 23rd of November which was delivered 4 days after ordering - not bad considering the run up to Christmas, and all came to £121 inc delivery. Not bad when you consider the average sized real tree is anywhere from £50 upwards these days.

The items arrived and after checking everything was in the box for a prompt 1st Dec trimmings day, I was slightly disappointed to find no storage bag. Not the end of the world, but nevertheless jumped straight on the chat and was offered the large size bag as the correct size bag was out of stock. Knowing what camping tents are like for always being too small to get back in the bag, I thought this was perfect...

The tree looked amazing and very realistic and was a great alternative to the real trees we have enjoyed over the past few years but were always a faff to get rid of and even with 'no-drop' needle trees, you still get mess – and dismantling them is a nightmare.

So yesterday (1st Jan) we came to put the tree away and found that the replacement bag they sent is ridiculously too big for our tree, to the point I feared it may damage the tree in such a loosely fitting bag.

Back oin the chat this morning and within minutes Amy had not only ordered the correct bag as originally ordered, but told us not to bother sending the old bag back.

What a result!

This is a great replacement for our old tree which was 20+ years old and too big for our current house. Our new 6' one fits perfectly into the corner of our lounge without overwhelming the room. It was easy to assemble and easily accommodates all our decorations.

I’ve bought 3 trees over the last few years from Christmas Tree World. Great trees, always look so high end. I would definitely recommend.

I was very disappointed with my experience.

I purchased a £150 pre-lit Christmas tree which suffered a complete lighting failure in only its second year of very limited use (around three weeks in total). The lights wouldn't work suddenly when switched on Christmas Day, leaving the tree unusable for the remainder of the festive period.

Customer service were polite but relied entirely on the one-year electrical guarantee and declined to offer a goodwill replacement for the transformer, instead asking me to pay for a new one. Given the price of the tree, the minimal use, and the timing of the failure, this response felt inflexible and disappointing.

A transformer failing after only a few weeks of actual use is not the lifespan I would reasonably expect from an expensive pre-lit tree.

While the tree itself is attractive, the lack of goodwill or aftercare support for what is marketed as a premium product has left me reluctant to purchase from this company again.

Goodwill is expensive to lose and inexpensive to maintain.

Love our new Pre-lit 5ft Black Italian Pencilimo Tree. Would have preferred the 6ft option, but out of stock. Arrived on time and easy to assemble. I chose a slim tree and fits perfectly where I wanted. Would definately recommend this tree and the comapny

I cannot comment on my purchase yet as I only purchased it today and waiting on delivery which I’ve booked ready to be delivered for next Christmas it’s great you can buy a tree in the sales and they can hold the delivery to a certain date.
I had to email the after care team to check that I hadn’t made a mistake with my order and they got straight back to me. Amy in the aftercare team was so helpful and fixed my mistake straight away with no issues.

I BROUGHT 2 ITEMS FROM CHRISTMAS TREE WORLD BUT I HAD TO RETURN 1 OF THE ITEMS I WAS VERY HAPPY AT FIRST IN TILL I GOT MY REFUND I PAID £34.99 AND I GOT BACK £19.99 THE ITEM WE RETURNED WAS NOT DAMGAGED WE JUST OPENED THE BOX IT WAS NOT WHAT WE EXPECTED SO WE JUST CLOSED THE BOX BACK UP AND RETURNED I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE IT COST ME £7.95 TO SEND IT BACK

I pre ordered my 7ft Majestic Dew tree way back in September. I would suggest making an account if you want updates as I didn't get updates on the delay. But overall the company does send regular emails and helpful emails with information on how to get the best out of your tree. I chose the tree because I wanted a new one to replace my 30 year old that just did not look like a real tree after having real ones for a while. I was limited on space and having read the circumference of the trees I opted for this to fit in the space we had. As I would have gone bigger if I could!! It was easy to put up, I would make sure you put one layer on first then add the others once you have fluffed the tree up. I opted for 1,000 lights this year which seems a lot but it does look better. The realistic dew drops are lovely. It really does look like a real tree. I have had comments that this is the best tree we have had. I also ordered a skirt and eventually a tree topper. I did find that all the tree toppers I had didn't want to sit on top as the fullness with the dew drops was a little difficult and not that sturdy but I think its just trial and error. I had ordered some baubles off the site but didn't put them on in the end as they were way too big. Overall I am really pleased with my tree.

I’m so happy with my 6ft pre-lit snowy alpine tree. The quality really makes a difference. Decorating it was a joy and the finished look is beautiful. Even before adding decorations, it already looked impressive.

It’s become the centrepiece of my living room and everyone who visits comments on it, which makes me feel really proud. Great quality, easy to set up, and excellent value for money. I’d happily recommend it.

Fed up with assembling our old tree branch by branch, and then wrapping lights around it, I treated myself to a new 6ft Ultra Devonshire Fir pre lit.
I’m so pleased with it, easy to assemble, 3 parts, a bit of time spent fluffing, and then plug in. It looked lovely even without decorations. Great instructions, well packaged and prompt delivery. Highly recommended company.

So impressed with our pre lit tree last year we've purchased a second one. Absolutely love it, always had a real tree until last year but im certainly not disappointed.

Phenomenal service, fantastic value, fabulous tree.

Having grown up with, and for my adult life I have always had a real Christmas tree and vowed I would never have an artificial one.
This year I read The Great Tree Story by Levinson Wood and it got me thinking ‘trees are meant to be grown, not chopped down’.
I started to research artificial Christmas trees and Christmas Tree World had numerous 5 star reviews and a superb selection of trees for all budgets.
I decided upon the Pre lit 8 foot Ultra Mountain Pine which looked fabulous and very realistic.
I was delighted when it arrived, it was so easy to assemble, the instructions how to display the branches are really helpful, there’s even a video showing you how to do this. When I turned the lights on I was absolutely delighted. The tree is magical and so realistic, so much so that my husband thought it was a real tree.
In previous years it’s been a real chore unwinding the lights and then putting them on the tree but this tree saves you all the bother and effort of doing that so it’s an absolute pleasure decorating the tree. The fairy at the top was made for my 95 year old Mother when she was a little girl. I think she’s just as delighted as I to adorn such a beautiful, ethical Christmas Tree

I bought the Pre-lit 6ft Green Italian Pencilimo Tree. It was easy to setup and connect the lights to each section. Just added a few decorations, it’s a very beautiful tree with lights on or off.
