I bought two pre-lit fibre optic Christmas Trees one 7ft and one 3ft tree. They are both of excellent quality and look superb. I had a little trouble erecting the larger one and had to phone the company a couple of times. Their after sales service is superb. I would go so far to say they are amongst the best I have ever encountered. I also needed another part for the 3ft tree at a later date. Lovely helpful assistants on the telephone, nothing was too much trouble. Very speedy service sending a replacement. I cannot praise this company enough.

The tree arrived on time it is really well worth the money very good lights, lights well placed, branches which are movable withstands heavy ornaments no issues there!
No holes / see through bits and I had the snow one hardly any snow comes off at sll and nothing through my daily cleaning.
All round im glad I bought a lovely thick classical tree!

Good price easy to put together

I bought a gorgeous 7ft pre lit mountain pine Christmas tree, it looks stunning in my dining room. There are 600 lights in warm white which are very easy to assemble, there's 3 sockets which screw together, plug into the mains and that's it. No more reels of fairy lights getting tangled up which I had for years. If you are considering investing in a Christmas tree I would definitely recommend Christmas tree world.

The 7ft pre-lit tree is absolutely beautiful! The tree is the perfect size and shape and fits our lounge beautifully. We've received many compliments including people questioning whether it is real. Fantastic customer service too.

Having purchased a 7ft tree from here a few years ago, it was time to get a new one for our new house! A beautiful tree, looks very realistic and is perfect for our new living room. Arrived quickly and in perfect order!

We bought the 7ft Arbor Ultima un lit Christmas tree. This is by far the best tree we've ever had, we've had lots of fake trees and real trees, none seemed as full or bushy as the ones from ChristmasTree World. You do very much get what you pay for! I've had one for 5 years and have bought another this year for another room! They're very durable. Everybody comments on it saying how it looks like it belongs in a posh store because of how big and bushy it is.

Brilliant tree, it looks amazing, very fast delivery, I bought this tree for my elderly mother who is housebound and she loves it, it gives her so much joy having such a beautiful tree to look at and show off to her visitors, I would highly recommend purchasing a Christmas tree from this company 😀

My Christmas tree arrived in perfect condition and on time. I managed to put it up by myself thanks to the clear instructions, although fluffing out all the branches was hard work and I had to do it in two halves! (I am old!

Well what can I say about Christmas Tree World? In one word outstanding.

I recently purchased a stunning 8ft White Italian Pencilimo Tree for my dining room and can honestly say I didn't expect a tree of such high quality. It arrived well boxed and on time. I was appraised of all aspects of delivery from ordering until it arrived.

The tree is far superior than is described: it's absolutely stunning, has loads of tips, fluffs out well with no spaces. It's sturdy and well manufactured with no pine drop.

On delivery I did incur a small issue and the customer service department (Emma) rectified the issue timeously.

All in all Christmas Tree World is a fantastic company to deal with. Nothing is an issue and their products are second to none. As they say
"You've tried the rest now try the best' Honestly you won't be disappointed in their products.

Great trees, first time had artificial trees for around 30 years, but with a new pup decided to try. Bought 2 from Christmas tree world 5 and 6ft pre lit Devonshire trees and they are great quality and look very realistic. Great price too and excellent customer service

Really annoyed with this company!! Placed my order on Friday 12th December at 10am, called them Monday 15th to be told it’s been allocated for delivery, still didn’t hear anything so called them Tuesday to be told again it’s been allocated, gave them until today (Thursday 18th) to then call and again to be told it’s been allocated and I probably won’t get it until next week. So I cancelled my order and will be putting up the old tree. Will never deal with this company again! Shocking service.
