We purchased two pendant lights from Cimmermann. They arrived pretty quickly given the time of the year (around Christmas). Overall an excellent service including communication.

We placed our first order with Cimmermann after searching for a specific item at the best price. We were a little hesitant as the price was so much better than elsewhere - it almost seemed like there must be a catch. Well, no catch, no compromises, just fantastic value and excellent customer services too. Our queries were answered immediately, the customer service response was friendly, informative and prompt. The delivery arrived in half the time quoted and we were kept updated every step of the way. All in all an excellent experience, which is really important with any purchase but especially when you’re buying something you’ve saved for.
