The first call I made to circleLoop was instantly impressive as the agent was engaging, personable and clearly efficient- I was blown away to be honest as I have been used to customer service within large organisations such as BT, Barclays etc providing increasingly poor and inefficient customer service- its a sad state of affairs when we are impressed by a company being efficient but CircleLoop are definitely on the ball- great staff!!

I spoke to Dom who I couldn't recommend enough his service from start to finish was superb and he made it look so easy if it wasn't for him we probably looked elsewhere

Circleloop were great and the transition was simple. We had a couple of issues when we first went over to the system as we changed our fibre connection and router at the same time but the team worked through to resolve the issues.
Sarah from the porting team was incredibly efficient and helpful throughout the process

Sadly I rarely feel inclined to leave good reviews for products and services I receive but 'credit where credit is due', I can honestly say that I have received a fantastic service from the outset. I had a really bad experience with my previous telephony provider and was very nervous about switching. I spoke to all of the main VOIP phone providers but only Circle Loop answered all my questions and gave me the reassurance I needed. All of their staff were friendly, knowledgeable highly professional and personable and a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Special thanks to Veerle, Sarah, Dan, James and Zac. I think it's a great advantage that they are UK based. If you're looking for a telephone provider, look no further. I highly recommend Circle Loop!

Call quality and App were excellent. BUT when I try to cancel the service - poor service and company keeps taking the monthly subscription.

Having looked at a few of the VoIP suppliers in the UK, I settled on Circleloop. I found the product simple to install and setup. Easy to use, the staff I had delt with were very helpful and made my dealings with Circleloop very pleasant.
Sarah Blackburn in the porting team was very professional and easy to deal with.
As a self employed engineer I find Circleloop perfect for my needs . I would recommend them to anyone.

We've been very impressed with the speed of service provision and the simplicity of the implementation.

What a fan-dab little company CL is.

I have a both a UK & a US phone number with them, the call quality is always reasonable and the App is extremely intuitive. It’s a simple, straightforward product that does what it says it does.

Shoutout to the Customer Success Manager who’s been excellent at dealing with us on a number of occasions in the past & is now my “go to” person for all things telephony 😜.

I have absolutely no prior knowledge of VOIP systems and was coming to this system with little understanding of how they work. I have found the advisors to be very helpful in guiding me through how to set this up for our charity. Imogen in particular explained certain features clearly and with great patience. I now feel confident that I have the right settings in place that will work for us. We are still at the testing stage as have only recently signed up, but so far the guidance online and by phone has been fantastic. I am also hugely grateful for the three month free trial available for charities and the fact that we were transferred to this so quickly and efficiently (on the same day of registering).

After completing my free trial with circle loop I decided to port all three of our numbers to their service and sign up all our users. There was an issue with the information I had been provided by my previous supplier that was causing a problem and the circle loop team went all out to try to help. They helped as much as they could even though we are a small account. I would Highly recommend this company and their friendly and knowledgeable team.

After5 horror years with BT and their 'App' we were finally able to move our VOIP service to Circleloop. What an incredible difference. Big thanks to Sarah and Imogen for making the transfer (including porting numbers) a painless process. Reliable software with responsive support. Top quality.

Great customer service. knowledge and accessible, what more could you want.

I wanted to see which countries I could get a number in internationally , however not possible , i must give my email and phone number and still i cannot view a list or webpage of anything to say if they supported the country I want ?? So if I had been able to see a list I could have closed webpage if they did not have the country i need . i will take no other country. if they had my country of choice i would then have given details. so basically they are one of those customers that bully clients. if they dont have my country how many times will they call or email or sell my info .. such a simple thing to show clients what you can offer and then leaving it up to them to make contact .. I am so pissed now , and i know if they do not support my country i want they are going to try convince me to get some other country instead . no country of choice - no customer.

He has the best telephone manner and is extremely knowledgeable so ALL my queries were answered in ONE phone call. The pricing plans are really good too! I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would sincerely recommend Circle Loop to anybody looking for a virtual landline.
