Best price and rapid delivery
Having been let down by another company, I found the same item for sale by CleanStore at a lower price. I used the online chat service to verify they had them in stock. I ordered on Friday and it arrived the very next day on Saturday even though I’d only opted for the free delivery option. You can’t get better than that! Amazing service, thoroughly recommended,

Cleanstore good but DHL no so...
Item delivered quickly by cleanstore but let down by DHL who delayed the process and also caused damage to the pressure washer. DHL are neglectful and incompetent in my opinion. This was reported to Cleanstore who quickly dispatched a replacement damaged part.

Well priced, free gift, whats not to like.
No issues. Competitively priced. Reasonable shipping to N.Ireland, compared to other stores, that charge outrageous shipping prices. Got a free gift that is actually useful, and of substantial value.

Damaged Karcher Pressure washer
I ordered a Karcher HD pressure washer from cleanstore, they used DHL to deliver.
It arrived nice and early on Saturday morning, I was eager to get going and immediately realized that the machine was damaged, the bottom right corner of the plastic cover was broken. The box only had a small crush mark on it.
I immediately sent pictures via email to Cleanstore.
This morning Monday 31/03/2025 I did not receive any response from Cleanstore, so I called them at 10h00.
The lady said they can arrange a collection and once they have the unit back they will send a new machine or refund.
This is not nice, I paid last week and I was sent a broken unit surely you can send a new one when you collect the damaged one.
It is funny how I had to trust you with my money but you think I might not return the damaged unit.
The unfortunate situation leaves me in is, I will not have a pressure washer nor my money before the weekend, and that means the work needed to be completed will wait for another week.
I believe there's better ways to deal with such issues.
Not just reject a customer.
Oh well I will have to take all the accessories I bought back and buy a different pressure washer.

Your response is weak, look after your customers. Don't do anything special just do what a good retailer should do.
You took my money supplied a defective unit, granted it was not on purpose but why should I get the short end of the stick?

We can see your order, placed on Friday 28th March, was delivered on Saturday 29th March. Please accept our apologies again that upon the machines arrival it was found to have been damaged in transit.
Whilst you emailed us on Saturday 29th March, we are not open over the weekend & as such your email would have been responded to today, Monday 31st March, had our customer service team not have arranged your collection on the phone with you.
We do offer a free collection service for any damaged / faulty products for replacement or refund, with collection available from any UK address of your choosing, on a weekday of your choosing. As is commonplace in both high street retail & ecommerce, we are however unable to supply replacement products until the damaged order is returned.
We appreciate your feedback & apologise if our free returns service is not to your satisfaction. We do understand the frustration the damage sustained to your order in transit has caused & have arranged to have this collected for as soon as possible for you. We have also changed your specified collection address to your workplace as requested.

Poor ethics. Sent dirty old product instead of new.
I bought a patio cleaner attachment for my AVA pressure washer from Clean store uk. They sent me a damaged and dirty refurbished item. I contacted them and they told me they made a mistake. Since then I have had no feedback from them. They said they would send me a new one, as this is what I paid for but as to date I have had neither communication nor replacement patio cleaner.
