Stephan did a great job in training us on how to use any part of the system; even when it was an issue we were having outside of the training topic that was being hosted.
Stephen Balducci is the best

I would highly recommend this training presented by Stephen Baldacci.
I felt that he was able to tailor make the training for my particular needs. By the time the training is completed, I feel confident that I will have the understanding and skills needed to take on the role of biller.
Overall great!
Relatively inexpensive. Excellent templates for evaluations/ SOAP notes. Very quick responses. Polite and patience staff! The only thing that was slightly annoying was saying that ticket would be closed when I wrote on a Friday and was unable to respond during the weekend. I quickly realized that as long as I responded within 72 hours (which was stated in the email telling me they were closing the ticket) it would not close me out and just continued with the same person. When unable to explain the process, we were able to coordinate to meet online and resolve the problem.
Stephen the Savior!
Stephen is a great trainer! He is patient and understood what I wanted, even when I wasn't sure;) He explained the process clearly by providing me with a solid workflow I can build upon.
Overall, I'd recommend Stephen above all else since he was able to accommodate my requests and willing to work with me and my expectations:)

Stephen was engaging and able to adapt language to my learning needs. He was willing to take extra time to specifically address my concerns. I was ready to walk away from this EMR process before my meeting with him but now I am staying because he took the complexity out of it.
Extremely helpful setup training
I worked with Kushang from Clinicsource today on my intro training going over settings. I have previously worked with CS for many years, but as a therapist, not admin. He made it super easy to follow along with what he was doing and made me feel confident in my abilities to get everything setup properly.

I opened three cases today, and two were closed pretty quickly with the help of Orchid Garcia! The other case was something that would take a little longer, but wanted to stress that she was so helpful and solved my issues with great haste. I like the way any case is handled with almost an immediate response that tells me ClinicSource is working on my issue. Thank you, Orchid Garcia!

I've been using CS for nearly 5 years and didn't know that they had a Stephen there whom you could schedule online trainings with. He was excellent at addressing my concerns and resolved them with perfect explanations. I'll be reaching out to him again for sure.

Steven not only answered my questions about the patient portal, but he also answered other questions I had about the system. Steven is patient and took the time to show me exactly how to navigate to find the information I needed. He's an awesome trainer!

Orchid was very patient with me while…
Orchid was very patient with me while she was helping me resolve my problem. She helped to explain different aspects of Clinic Source that I had been having difficulties. The only issue that could have made this encounter a little smoother was the fact that she had a Windows computer and I had a Mac. Therefore, she was unable to screen share with me, and we had to try and explain everything to each other over the phone. It would have been easier and faster if she could see what I was talking about on my screen.
