Won't let you cancel orders or change addresses. It autofilled and old address and I could not change it.

This company via Temu sent me an iPhone 14, after its initial charge and I had loaded all my information it would only charge to 1%, so deleting information was almost impossible so it was returned and I requested a refund after just 3 days on it’s return they insisted that it was still registered to me on Icoud and asking me to do various things on my IPad to remove I did this it’s no longer on any of my devices now they have said a new battery has been installed and sent back to as I’m still the owner it stays on for 3 minutes so it’s taken me 3 hours to erase everything, now I’ve complained again to Temu and waiting for a return label, but what worries me is they will now send it out to another customer who will have the same problem and paid for it just like me.
So please be warned about this company,

I was very happy with my purchase. Yes it had some marks but I put a case on it and that issue was resolved.

Performance and battery life are great and I'm sure this phone will be useful for a good while yet.

Very good price for a phone in excellent condition. Packaged in protective packaging. Parcel tracking as well.

i would avoid!

i bought an ipad which was dleiverd and left by DPD in the bin outside my house. i never received the items and have been getting nowhere trying to resolve this.

Great price and prompt next day delivery

I ordered a fair phone 6. DPD 'couldn't find' my address. We have been here 20 years and this has never happened before. I am still awaiting my refund. Clove chose to ignore my emails for a day.
Poor company. Badly run. Inflexible. And too reliant on one carrier

Phone was as described, pleased with it.
Delivery was reasonably quickly, considering it was to another continent at the cheapest cost.

Excellent phone as described. Good logistics. Delivery 24 hours late but wholly attributable to The Royal Mail.

I would highly recommend Clove Technology to anyone based on two experiences. I am not connected to Clove Technology.

Everything was great except for delivery charges. It could have gone with Royal Mail - it was just put through my letterbox anyway - a lot cheaper. The dongle itself is great, happy with it!

reliable and quick

Prompt delivery, no problems.

I ordered a Google Pixel 6 specifically in "Pristine" condition. However, I received a different condition of the Google Pixel 6 instead.

Screen has visible glue or dirt residue around the edges, and the sides are covered in scuffs and marks. Overall, it appears to be a phone in "Fair" or "Good" condition at best.

On the Clove website, "Pristine" condition is listed as SKU: RMAV-GOGP-P6GRN-GAU. Instead, I received SKU: RMAV-A-GOOG-P6-128-GN, which appears to be a different condition. Well done, Clove!

There are three possible scenarios here:
[1] Clove may have accidentally sent me someone else's order, resulting in a "Fair" condition.

[2] Clove might have assumed that as a new customer, I wouldn't notice the difference and took a risk by sending out a "Fair" condition instead of "Pristine" to maximize profits.

[3] The person responsible for picking and packing the order could be blind and unable to distinguish between "Pristine" and "Fair" condition devices.

I tried contacting Clove multiple times throughout the entire day on Friday (27/02/2026). Line was always busy, and I received no answer. I also sent an email but haven't received any updates.

If you're paying for "Pristine" quality, don't expect to receive that condition.

Very disappointed. AVOID!

My second purchase, this time a phone for myself. Pretty straightforward, good customer service.

Post purchase Update: Not their fault! Unfortunately, I find these new "smart" phones a bit overwhelming, so heading back to a newer feature phone, as my mobile service keeps threatening me that they will switch off 3G.

The return process was understandably fair and straightforward.

Phone in pristine condition

Bought a Fairphone 6, and it shipped in perfect condition to Ontario within 4 business days (even arrived a day earlier than DHL said it would). Price is good, and together with taxes/duties it was still below $1,000 CAD. Thank you!

Brought iPhone unfortunately I did not realise it had a very cheap replacement screen.
When I tried to put a screen protector on it wouldn’t stick due to ‘wavy’ screen contacted them to put it right but they didn’t want to know., because it was out side 30 days. Asked them to replace the screen (I would pay) but they wouldn’t. Will not use them again.
Be aware and check all devices meticulously! Lesson learned. Had screen replaced by apple not cheap but did a great job.

Brilliant experience right through from finding the right phone on the website to next day tracked delivery. The phone itself is immaculate with hardly a mark on it. Battery health is excellent and lasts me at least 2-3 days.

I am satisfied with my purchase of Fairphone gen 6.
