My second purchase, this time a phone for myself. Pretty straightforward, good customer service.

Post purchase Update: Not their fault! Unfortunately, I find these new "smart" phones a bit overwhelming, so heading back to a newer feature phone, as my mobile service keeps threatening me that they will switch off 3G.

The return process was understandably fair and straightforward.

Phone in pristine condition

Bought a Fairphone 6, and it shipped in perfect condition to Ontario within 4 business days (even arrived a day earlier than DHL said it would). Price is good, and together with taxes/duties it was still below $1,000 CAD. Thank you!

Brought iPhone unfortunately I did not realise it had a very cheap replacement screen.
When I tried to put a screen protector on it wouldn’t stick due to ‘wavy’ screen contacted them to put it right but they didn’t want to know., because it was out side 30 days. Asked them to replace the screen (I would pay) but they wouldn’t. Will not use them again.
Be aware and check all devices meticulously! Lesson learned. Had screen replaced by apple not cheap but did a great job.

Brilliant experience right through from finding the right phone on the website to next day tracked delivery. The phone itself is immaculate with hardly a mark on it. Battery health is excellent and lasts me at least 2-3 days.

I am satisfied with my purchase of Fairphone gen 6.

Ordered two phones then later that day was informed that the colours I had chosen had run out. They suggested alternative colours which I was perfectly content with. As this was late in the day I assumed that the best delivery now would be the the day after next.
So the next morning l sent an email asking how much updating to next day would cost to ensure that I received it on the day I would be in.
No sooner than I had sent the message the doorbell rang and I was handed my two phones!!
How on earth had they managed this?

Purchase as described and so far absolutely delighted with it,. despatched and packaged well.

I ordered good condition pixel 9 pro and got an excellent condition screen and with only two little wear marks (two spots) on the bottom of the phone (not screen). Phone works great. I'm pleased.

They list an item with a large "In Stock" checkmark, take your money, then email you the next day cancelling as "out of stock".

Considering this is on an SSD, which apparently are going up in price everywhere due to shortages and people are reselling for stupid amounts, I'm not sure I particularly trust that.

I recommend avoiding, esp. if you want reliability in what you are paying for to not get cancelled out of the blue.

Was a little wary since some reviews said orders tended to get cancelled, but mine went through fine. Good price, quick delivery and happy with the condition of my refurbished phone. I went for "good", a few small scratches, nothing really noticeable.

I have used Clove, a few times now for the supply of mobile Unlocked phones, and I am always pleased with the phones, and they arrive promptly to my address in Guernsey, Channel Islands.

Should have just looked at the reviews.
I bought 2 iPads, they arrived and in fantastic condition. Little did I know I had been scammed and the iPad just died. Took it to Cambridge Apple Store and they said it’s beyond repairing at this point and the logic board is damaged. Not something a 5 year old can do. 15 months I have had this, only been turned on for less than 12 as it was a Christmas gift. They have just ignored my email. I will be going through every option I can to get this company stopped. Apple are saying this isn’t the first time they have been left to deal with there scams. Awful service. This should never ever of been given out to a paying customer. I am gutted.

Not sure why they are spamming me with christmas shopping ads. But they are. Asked them to stop, complete radio silence as they send more and more.

Unserious marketting suggest unserious company.

I never purchased anything but they opted to spam me with ad emails even after I contacted them to stop.
If not a scam company then at least they do not care about their users or preferences. Unsolicited spam ads is Not a good look and should be Shamed.

Fast and amazing

Clear information on payment and shipping process. Super fast delivery to Canada only 3 days. Love my new Fairphone. 10/10 all around.

Made an order from Canada, and the process was painless amd easy, with good tracking through Shopify's Shop service (though well, it's Shopify). Docking 1 star cause I was rather confused and couldn't really find what would constitute a receipt, so Shop's Order Summary would have to do.
