Used the online service which is very easy. E mailed after booking with a request and received a prompt response stating that this has been added to our booking.

The booking process was easy and everything went smoothly from start to finish.
Our holiday was fantastic! Clayford Cottage is a lovely, spacious and comfortable place, equipped with everything you need. It’s also well located for visiting many interesting places nearby. Brian, the owner, is a very friendly and welcoming chap who made us feel right at home.
We enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Coastal Cottages and Clayford Cottage for a wonderful holiday.

+ The actual location of the property - so close to the harbour and sea. Brilliant views both front and back. Excellent sitting out areas. Close proximity to Tenby town and shops and coastal walks and beaches .

Terrible drainage in wet room after showering!
Lots of young people gather outside when the tide is in (usually early evening) - can be noisy!

It's a great location and spacious, ideal for a family of 7. It is well equipped.

The flat was damp in parts.

Our holiday was a mixed bag tbh. We have never had to contact a letting agent whilst away and had to do so twice during this holiday. We were dealt with in an efficient and friendly way on both occasions.
The property itself, particularly the outside space, needs an overhaul as it was largely un-useable & a health & safety issue.

Had a wonderful time at Harbour View, timed it right so we could play in the Porthgain World Cup!

We've been before and everything was still great and worked well.

The only slight wrinkle is there was only one front door key

This is a really nice property, plenty of space and great location. The garden was ideal for storing bikes, SUPS and surfing gear. We made good use of the washing machine, dishwasher and tumble drier.
We stayed for a week and didn't use the car once. A regular bus goes each way up the coast line just a couple of mins from the front door.

Booking straight forward. Website not quite there as it lost the destination a couple of times.

Easy booking progress. Good communication

Easy to book from a good selection of coastal cottages.
We had a lovely stay in Lydgate which was excellent for exploring the local area where there was lots to do for the week.
The cottage was clean and comfortable with plenty of safe, enclosed garden for the dog to explore.

There were more steps in the cottage and outside than expected. Expensive but we choose a cottage in high season in a popular area, so unfortunately that is to be expected. Cottage was as described and clean.
