Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire Opiniones

Everything was very good. Helpful telephone service. Cottage was clean and tidy. Lots of useful extras - games, CDs, beach and garden equipment etc. Unusual to find no hairdryer but I probably didn't read the list properly showing their wasn't one!
(They kindly left biscuits for us but they were soft and out of date!)

Easy book and replied to my query very quickly on the weekend.

Great communication
Excellent accommodation

Booking was so simple and the follow up emails were fantastic

Quick and efficient online booking, emails and booking confirmation received straight away all in all excellent service

We had some issues with the property we were renting. We brought these to the attention of Coastal Cottages who took them seriously and kept us informed of any action taken.
They were always approachable, responsive and helpful

I am a previous customer of Coastal cottages. We have stayed at our chosen cottage, but many years ago now. The dropdown menu asking of how we learned of Coastal Cottages did not include a previous customer choice. The online booking process was straightforward and worked well.

Website easy to navigate and quick response to booking.

Great experience as always

Great accommodation with a secure garden for our dog. Kitchen very well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Ten to fifteen minutes walk from the centre of St. David’s.

Spoke to a real person and not a bot or a AI assistant. Refreshing. Fairly painless booking. Website very informative but a little clunky in operation.

Easy to use service and helpful staff. Would recommend. Would like to see them recognise the loyalty of their customers a little more.

Great house with everything we needed for a lovely stay. The only criticism is that there was no fan in the ensuite so the bedding smelt musty.

Good value, very quick booking system.

The booking process was very simple and straight forward using the website.

Made an on-line booking but didn't receive a confirmation email. When I phoned to check payment had arrived I spoke to a very friendly and professional lady who sorted it immediately and the email confirmation arrived as soon as I was off the phone.

Great property in a great location. Property hadn’t been cleaned properly prior to arrival. Kitchen was very basic lacked essential items. TV remote was missing so couldn’t watch any TV for several days. This issue was sorted out but took a day and half.
