I ordered a coffee machine for home.
I had delivered in under a week.
I got what I payed for!
Great service. And love my product.
Don’t know what people are going on about.

Reading all the reviews these guys don't seem to delivery ANY coffee machines at all. The don't actually have the capacity or stock sell any machines. They do sell coffee however so they make good on $10 sales but not $1000 sales. It's a great way of puffing up an obvious scam company. I'm surprised department of fair trading hasn't shut them down yet so I'll initiate a claim to get the ball rolling. I recommend all others that have been scammed by these guys also follow suit and place a claim against them.

Advertised online.... spoke before purchasing and was advised unit was brought off racking refurbished and then posted out. Purchased the unit and was advised dispatch will be after 7 to 10 days.

After 10 days, rung up again and was told breville had a delay and was not dispatched from them. So in fact not on the rack as originally mentioned.

Said would call back and advise a week later. In that period I raised a pay pal dispute where they had opportunity to explain situation but never replied. So a full refund was issued from paypal.

do not buy from them. Simple as that !!! 100% genuine review. Not fake.

I bought a coffee machine that seemed like a good deal. My concern at first was that there was no acknowledgement of the sale. No tax invoice nothing. This was almost two weeks ago. I left them a voice mail about my order and nobody got back to me. Then I saw all these reviews on trust pilot. My bad for not checking first before buying. I've reported the transaction to Westpac and I will recover my money shortly but as it happens this whole process is a waste of every body's time. Looking at their response to everyone else's review they're going to cry fake but I might just review them on my YT channel where I can share the bank transaction and relevant info so others don't get suckered into this scam.

UPDATE: I've just sent the Paypal Transaction number and details to Trust Pilot. It's a shame there is no attach button so I can attach it to the review so you guys all realise these guys are nothing but scammers.

I bought a coffee machine from these guys a week ago. I did not so much as even receive acknowledgement of the purchase. I've left two voicemail messages and no response. I've now come to trust pilot and had a look and it seems everyone else is having the same problem. These guys are taking money and doing nothing else so please be cautious of this scam company. I bought via Paypal so I will get a refund by force but this was completely unnecessary.

Still no return to my calls, emails and texts. They do not refute my ratings/comments, because I’m informing on facts and the Coffee Beanery's fraudulent activities. Promise of coffee machines and ultimately a refund has not happened. The 1 star rating is what it is. Otherwise they’d be minus stars. I’m a registered ratings person. They claim fake reviews, total rubbish. I’ve better things to do, but keeping someone’s money and misleading the public and clients is wrong. Do not do business with these people. They sound so kind and informed. They are deceitful and do not follow through. I’m prepared to amend this comment if and when I hear from The Coffee Beanery, Australia and have been refunded. Watch this space.

Complete scammers. Stay away.
They will take your money and then never deliver. They won't answer the phones. They will block your emails and refuse to engage with online chats.

The only reply from this company is saying everyone is fake review . Can not understand why these businesses still exist in Australia.

My order never get delivered and the promised of refund never happened.

They never reply to email and your call will always go to a voice mail.

I have ordered a machine in March and am unable to get in contact with anyone and no machine.

It is infuriating to the point I can't even get a refund as no one will return any of my calls or emails

I ordered and paid for a coffee machine online. The product was never delivered. As I paid via PayPal, I asked for a refund. Coffeebeanery accepted the refund (to appease PayPal) but somehow cancelled the refund (I have no idea how this is possible). So I still have not received the machine, nor have I received my money back. Unfortunately, I didn't check the seller's reviews before I ordered. I have seen that coffeebeanery sometimes replies to reviews here. This might be a way to contact them and solve the problem, as they do not answer emails.

Another easy and fast order and delivery.

Avoid this company at all costs.
We requested a refund on the purchase when it became clear they didn't have the product and couldn't deliver on it.
The refund was never progressed after several weeks. We ended up progressing a dispute claim through our credit card company to extract the funds out of them. When I made a follow up enquiry and they looked at the order number they hung up the phone and said quote "talk to your bank".

Ordered a coffee machine in March, never received product. Contact them, they keep saying they will send stock but never sent. Until July now, still no stock sent, lodged a refund claim, and they cancelled my refund request! They don't get back to you.

We ordered a coffee machine to serve coffee to veterans as a not for profit.. you get to talk to them etc and once its paid they leave you high and dry and you never get your product.. Its a scam please be warned.. only positive feedback is from the guy who is running the scam.. be careful.

Awful company, ordered a coffee freezer in March, 3-months later no sign of the freezer. After many attempts to contact the business through all the possible channels, we had no luck in getting any information on the order or a refund. Avoid at all cost.

I paid $550 to get my coffee machine repaired. They took 4 weeks and when I contacted them they couldn't send a tech. I requested a refund and then all comms went silent. I have reported them to NSW fair trade Commission. I was told they were having a fair few complaints about these guys. But they couldn't do much to get my refund. Please be very careful if you pay these guys.
