Big savings same HP warranty, HP renew certified sellers with excellent customer service. I put half the savings from buying from Compadvance to upgrading the warranty from 1 to 3 years on my HP Renew Envy laptop. I look for best sellers of as new tech products - pcs laptops phones. Big savings and have proven better than new as have been checked over. A great experience buying from Compadvance a certified HP Renew seller and I received my laptop quickly with updates and soon had it up and running perfectly. I have no hesitation in recommending them. They provide a knowledgeable, friendly and competent service and a great range of products. If you're unsure which laptop you need, I also recommend giving them a call to discuss your requirements.

I was dubious about buying anything from this company as their website is basic without any JavaScript or interactivity. It would be helpful if they formatted their text as well and made it easier to navigate.

What made me more sceptical was their grammatical and spelling errors even in their automated email correspondence.

However, after some digging and reading reviews I realised they are genuine as I’ve received my Refurbished HP U32K 4K Monitor (on an Easter sale offer).

Delivery was efficient as well (Within 3-5 working days as promised).

Would highly recommend.

I had not come across this company before my current purchase, but my experience has been positive. The goods (computer) fell into their refurbished category, and as far as I can tell, it was like new. Can't really expect any more than that.

I luckily stumbled upon compadvance while browsing eBay for a new “all in one” computer.
Searching their site directly led me to choose a hp pavilion pc.
Next day, tracked delivery.
Pc in perfect condition- totally as described.

I purchased a HP Laptop under the HP Renew scheme. It was delivered on time and on opening the box it looked very much like a new Laptop, excellent price but unfortunately I did not realise that it had a SATA hard drive and not SSD. I requested a returns authorisation and this this dealt with in a timely fashion - and I received a full refund minus the extra fee for 24 hour delivery.
Excellent service all round - I have now ordered a different model from them - you can't say better than that.

Ordered a product on website, says 10 or more in stock, apparently sent an email which never arrive saying no stock, had to chase up for delivery then got told no stock. Poor communication. now looking for a refund. Don't use them

I ordered a monitor very sceptical because of the reviews here but compadvance was really helpful every step of the way with my order my monitor is impecabile and I love it I would buy with them again my experience was great and cheap 👍

Ordered a toner cartridge. Got an email confirmation but nothing else for a couple of days so checked my account on their website. Order cancelled because they didn't have the toner. They hadn't even bother to tell me. Useless.

Had a couple of items from them. Great competivie pricing and really quick dispatch on items. Very pleased will definitely be using again.

Ordered a server online thinking I found a competitive deal only to be emailed the next day saying they were listing it too cheap due to an "internal system error".

What a waste of my time!

Bought an (expensive) monitor 'as new'. The box didn't come with all the cables it was supposed to. The product listing did not say that it wouldn't come with the cables it was supposed to. They declined to send out the missing cable.

Returning the monitor would cost more in postage than the cost of the missing cable.

Wouldn't buy from them again.

I ordered a printer on a Friday and it arrived the next day. Excellent price and service!
