See above !!!! Needs extra memory costing more cash .

Na betaling van bestelde goederen bleek dat na 2 dagen het bestelde product niet op voorraad was. Zeer betreurenswaardig dat de voorraad niet up to date is en er na twee dagen pas gecommuniceerd wordt. Tot mijn verbazing was enkele minuten na het annuleren van mijn bestelling hetzelfde product echter gewoon weer 'verkrijgbaar', dit maal wel 30% duurder geprijsd. Telefonisch kwamen zij met een matig excuus over het plan de voorraadbeheer te optimaliseren, excuus voor de vertraging. Dit is mijn inziens onacceptabel als je zakelijk levert.

I saw what looked like a very good price for a graphics card on their website. There website showed 2 in stock and I placed an order. After placing my order the website showed 1 in stock and I received confirmation that my order had been accepted. I know the website continued to show 1 in stock for a least a day after my order as I showed a colleague at work but soon after it went ‘out of stock’.
After 4 days when I had not received notification that my order had been dispatched so I sent them a message via their website. They did responded quickly but only to tell me that my graphic card was no longer available and that my order would be cancelled. They hadn't charged my credit card so no problems there.
I'm not sure if they ever had these graphic cards at what appeared to be a very good price or it is just a way to get people to go to their website.

I don't normally write reviews but I thought I would for this company. I ordered a laptop online at about 1.30 on a Thursday. I paid for (or rather, didn't pay for) the free shipping option of 2-3 business days. I received an e-mail later that day to say my item had been dispatched and it was delivered between 10.00 - 11.00 on the Friday morning.

Very pleased with the item too, and a competitive price.

Bought an item, paid for 2-3 day delivery. 5 Days later I asked where it was and was told there was a problem shipping it but they wouldn't charge me any more as it was their fault...... Considering I'd paid for 2-3 day shipping and waited 5 I thought that was the least they could do.

Waited again, still no sign so i asked again, apparently it was "lost" in transit... How you lose a 49" TV is beyond me but they offered to ship a replacement so I agreed.

The next day i get a refund, so i wasted 2 weeks waiting for nothing... Not really impressed and certainly not just to save £50 ove PC World's price!

Annoying when suppliers sell refurbished items then email you 24 hours later to tell you they actually don't have the item. Not the 1st time it's happened to me. All it takes is proper stock management and the web back end updated. Very slack.

I now have toner cartridges from elsewhere on the way for a printer that Compadvance are not sending me. Great. I'm also without a printer for longer than planned.

Thank you guys for giving the client a chance to return his feedback. Well in a few words, my Laptop is a nice machine which includes many advanced features. It is new , accordingly to specifications and I am "almost" enjoying using it. What I meant is what I need for my lifestyle right now, with only one problem though: Blue Screen Error : OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.768.3 - only when opening Internet Explorer! To make sure it is the Program that gives the fault I have tried it about seven times in the first three days. Anyway, I am a Google Chrome fan, so i am safe from this point of view! Found exactly what i wanted, paid less than an equivalent second hand item, arrived within two days, and is in perfect condition. What else can i say, EXCELLENT..............

I have recently purchased a re-furbished Toshiba laptop which arrived when expected on delivery day>
The laptop works fantastic and was simple to set up, if i have one gripe its the fact that there is a long scratch on the outer casing but for the price paid i suppose that is o.k.

Greatest product I have bought since the beginning of the year. Delivery was fast, I was being kept up-to-date with automatic response's on where my product was. Simply fabulous. And I love the item, great price, great service, fast delivery. I will be shopping here again! :)

With a full manufacturer's guarantee and original packaging, my refurbished HP ENVY 14" Spectre is undistinguishable from a store-bought new product. The service was as quick and professional as you would expect from an established internet seller. I am also very happy with this particular model - it looks incredibly smart and is fast and quiet with long battery life. The only thing I completely overlooked when choosing this model is that it has no internal DVD drive - but I just bought a small portable drive and am happy to compromise on this in favour of a lighter and slimmer laptop!

I looked at a lot of tablets online and decided on the Asus Transformer mainly because it has had some great reviews and I have an Asus laptop. There are loads of online computer shops selling the Asus at so many different prices but Compadvance beat all of them and it boasted the latest version of Android. The speed of delivery was also amazing, it only took a couple of days! I am very happy with the Asus and will definitely use this company again.

Just received my motherboard today in the post, first thing I noticed was that the box had no original seal of any kind. I decided to open the box and check it's contents.

All accessories were accounted for but I noticed that the packaging on the enclosed I/O shield plate was already opened. When I unpacked the motherboard I noticed that the protective cover for the cpu socket was NOT IN PLACE but rather included in the accessories. If you know about computers you will know just how bad this is.

Upon inspection of the socket itself it became apparent that one of the pins was bent, because of time restraints I decided to repair this myself rather than go through the process of trying to send it back and getting a replacement.

Bottom line:
Shipping was on time but I paid for a USED and DAMAGED product. I will stay away from this company in the future.

Bought internet security, delivered straight away. Clear easy installation instructions. Could not have given better service. Thank you.

I had been looking for a specific computer for a while, everywhere was sold out. Then I found Compadvance and YAY it was in stock, and was alot cheaper than in the high street shops. I ordered it straight away and within 24 hours it was delivered. To say I am happy with the service is an understatement. I am chuffed with my new computer. I have recommended Compadvance to all my family and friends and if ever I want anything computer related in the future, it will be the first place I look.
