Excellent service, fast and efficient with tracking and would definitely buy again.

I ordered a graded printer from them and it was exactly as described. Very pleased.

The computer looks cool and is very stable and fast and with water cooling is very silent when running. But I think they need to update their information when buying built systems. They need to make sure all expansion ports are listed so buyers know what can be added or upgraded. They also need to make sure any special features are explained, because no one knows how to get the turbo mode to work.The system I bought should be able to run at 4.4ghz but will only run at 4.0ghz, because installing the software your self means it wont overclock. But apart from that the prise was right and it looks perfect and works very well indeed.

Very happy with the sales and support from Compadvance. I messaged the company asking what postage would be to Thailand, and they responded within a few hours. Professional and friendly response detailing exactly how they would handle the delivery. Once I purchased, they confirmed the postage. Regular emails letting me know every step of the delivery. Package (8kg Server/computer) arrived within a week, and am very happy! Thanks again!

Admittedly I hadn't heard of Compadvance before, so looked up reviews before ordering just to be sure. Went ahead and they've been absolutely brilliant. The laptop I bought (on a Black Friday deal) was by far the best value out all the other competitors (same model). Was brand new and manufacturer sealed as stated. Their dispatch time was good, especially for a time like Black Friday. Unfortunately (due to no fault of the seller) I had issues with courier taking nearly a whole working week to deliver my laptop - Compadvance were helpful answering my concerns and (Kyle) even contacted me afterwards to say he has seen it has been delivered and hopes that everything is okay.

In my case Comp Advance sent the wrong part number item to me. However it was a superior item to the one I purchased, so I decided to keep it. I needed a new invoice for the item to match what was actually sent. Comp Advance was quick to correct the problem and issue the correct invoice. Good service. The end result was that I have a far superior item for the same amount of cash.

Nice recon laptop packaged like new. Emails informing me of where my delivery was at every stage.

Ordered a graded Dell monitor one morning, did not need it urgently so did not pay for next day delivery. I was kept fully informed about the progress of my order and was even given a 1 hour delivery slot. Product arrived next day within the delivery slot. Although product was graded (and significantly reduced in price) I have not found any marks or scratches - it is basically a brand new product. I will definitely use Compadvance again. Well Done!

Ordered a HP ENVY 13-d008na FULL HD HP RENEW AB/SILVER. Could not differentiate this from a new one.

Bombarded with numerous emails about my order after buying from them, on top of the standard informative ebay emails i.e. they are a source of SPAM!
Emails either duplicate of official ebay messages or superflous./

at first was worried a shop opened laptop? but wat a steal brand new full warranty and brilliant original packaging and laptop had no marks whatsoever couldn't find anything of this spec or quality for almost twice the price i paid definately going to deal with these guys again delivered within four days of purchase and my daughter going to be well pleased Xmas day

The item i purchased was delivered on time and is of excellent use.Product is functioning fine no problems.

I've bought a refurbished hp spectre notebook and it so far appears as good as new. I had my fears (must admit) that something could be wrong, but fortunately all was fine. Computer looked untouched, even though the packing was not top notch (large, ugly hp cardboard box that could accommodate 3-4 notebooks.
Minus half star = Since it went out of EU, I was hoping that VAT would be deducted or at least hidden from the invoice so I don't pay import tax and local VAT upon UK VAT. The invoice was altered in a way to show UK VAT as additional shipping cost, but it didn't help since shipping is included in total taxable cost.
Minus second half star = I've asked for an AC PLUG that would work in continental Europe. Instead I've got alternative (but stil original hp) CHARGER that is not as portable or as beautiful as the one that originally goes with this product. Had I known it would be the case, I would have preferred the ORIGINAL CHARGER even with the U.K. plug (and would have used the plug converter instead).
The bottom line is, the seller deserves respect for good communication, fast shipment and quality product. Would recommend them to a friend!

Few weeks ago we bought a PC from this people.
Advertised as brand new. Came out of the box faulty and also marks all over it. Clearly been used and repacked.

Customer service was so poor and keep passing the ball towards the manufacture.

Did not get any refund.

All my money was wasted.

The service was great. I gave it 4 rather then 5 due to the fact I was not informed that the phone I had ordered was sold. I was expecting the phone to arrive and when it didn't I called and asked for an update, to which I was told that the phone I had wanted was sold but they have 2 more units coming. I was happy to wait but would have liked to know why the phone did not arrive when I was expecting it.
Over all great service and the phone was just as they guys had told me.

Good price, fast delivery and good communication via email updating me on the order and delivery status. Would use again and would recommend.
