Most AWFUL & TRAUMATIC Airport Parking Experience ever!

ARROGANT, SHADY, DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL INDIVIDUALS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF SOCIETY!

I called the phone number on the booking confirmation immediately after walking off the plane, no answer. I continued to call the two phone numbers I had for this company & kept on getting voicemail. Eventually 30mins later, they returned my call & said my vehicle would be there within an hour.

After having gone through passport control, collecting my baggage & getting outside to Level 4, Row B of London Heathrow Airport, my vehicle was still not there. I waited 10mins extra (which was now 70mins after they returned my call to say my vehicle will be returned within an hour) & they hadn't returned my vehicle yet.
I called them again & they said my vehicle will be there in 10mins. After a further 10mins had passed, my vehicle had still not been returned. I called both numbers again only to get voicemail.

I rang the Police & they tracked my vehicle to Peterborough!!!

Peterborough is nowhere near London Heathrow Airport!?!?!?!?!?

They were very abrupt, arrogant & rude on the phone when you did managed to get through to them & would plonk the phone down on you halfway through the conversation.

Eventually, they returned the vehicle 4hrs later.....texted me a message saying they'd returned the vehicle to a different level to the level agreed to on the booking confirmation & stated the vehicle key had been left on the front right tyre!!!

When I got to my vehicle I checked it over thoroughly only to discover they'd damaged the passenger side front alloy (curbed it, huge gouges out the alloy) & scratched the back alloy on the same side.

There was also evidence of them having used the vehicle either as a taxi service or people carrier or something as there was muddy footprints on the floor matts in the back of the vehicle, a cigarette stub on the floor of the driver's seat, muck & grass on the floor matt of the passenger side as well as bits of food in the back & front passenger seat & centre console & the seats stank!

DISGUSTING & TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

When trying to contact the driver when we were 45 minutes from Bristol airport using the number provided our calls would not go through. We had a continual engaged tone and no alternative contact number was provided. On arrival at the time we had specified no-one was there to 'meet' or 'greet' us and no-one made any attempt to contact us. We had to leave our car in the short stay car park which cost £205 for 5 nights. Comparetheairportpsrking.com are not responding to my emails. A complete scam! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!!!

It's classed as a meet and greet, but we waited 40 mins for our car at the airport. We had to pay an additional £20 airport parking charges and the staff were not very friendly or helpful. I won't use them again.

SCAMMERS. Booked parking next to Manchester Airport, then they moved it to 20 miles away in Cheshire??? Dodgy car parks they use and bad customer service. Ended up having to pay £240 for parking at Manchester again & they refused a refund apparently its my own responsibility...

Avoid this like the plague!!!
Phoned to let them know I'll be 40mins away for meet and greet.
Got told to goto short stay car park, nobody was there. Paid £7 to leave the car park after 2minutes.
Then told me to goto another car park and the same happened, another £7.
Never turned up.
Scam artists !!!!

PLEASE PLEASE, do not use this company.
I wish I had read the genuine reviews.
Left stranded at the car park , phoned the number given and , no answer.
Called until we had no choice but to leave the car in the short term car park.
This left me with a £270 bill , and I’ve not received my money promised for the original money I paid out.
I also had someone phone , when I was back , at the airport terminal, asking me “ where is my car , as I can’t drop it off “. This really is a joke of a company.
Tried to complain but you just get fobbed off and delayed.
I think it’s absolutely disgusting how they can treat their customers like this.
I’m now looking to take legal action.

Don’t book Bristol meet and greet parking through this company! They are a middle man set up, and will book you with third party. The third party that they used for our 2 cars at Bristol airport meet and greet was a company called GLD1 Trading ltd, this company clearly used our immaculately clean and valeted cars to transport their drivers to and from the field our cars got parked in. Cars returned late, then filthy inside and outside with wet muddy footprints in all footwells front and rear of our cars, millage was well over the millage of the field our cars were supposedly parked in.. +34 and +68 miles on them. After informing both companies and Bristol Airport we had little or no communication or apology or refund. Just introduced to Compare the airport parking terms and conditions that constantly repeats how they are a booking agent and take no responsibility for the company’s they use and allow them to use customers cars yet don’t do anything to compensate or investigate complaints. Avoid this company and GLD1 Trading like the plague!!!!

I would advise anyone using Comparetheairportparking (CTAP) to read their Ts & Cs before booking, especially those concerning refunds. I booked parking with them on 30th June but then decided to cancel as I did not like the arrangements made. I was told there would be a £40 admin fee, which after some unsuccessful pleading I accepted. On 2nd July I was told refund of balance of £33.23p would be made within 10 working days After two months, many emails and phone calls they stopped answering my requests for the refund. Wrote to the owner of CTAP at start of Sept and finally received refund on 11th Sept with no comment or apology. I could not, and would not recommend this company. (only one star given as system appears not able to give no stars)

Once parking booked, got email that I will have to pay additional £14 for airport parking access, which is not mentioned when getting online quote. Then told it can take 30-40 minutes to bring car once call made to them once baggage was collected. In my case, it took 40mins before car arrived. Definitely not a great meet and greet service. Would not use comparetheairportparking.com again.

On their website it states 5 star customer rating for service with over 2 million customers. That is just made up lie for for potential customers who do it check Trustpilot for actual customer reviews. I was certainly fooled as I did not check Trustpilot. A lesson learned for me!

On drop of day, over one hour wait for driver, who then demanded £15 cash instead of the £7 parking charge.

Scammers, you can’t do a official complaint, emails returned and fake reviews

This is a scam
Car handed back damaged, there is no contractor meeting BPA standards
All reviews on their website are made up, you cannot leave a review on the website
Email addresses do not exist, phone numbers do not exist, websites do not exist for ‘alleged’ contractor
Complete scam, do not take the risk

Bristol Airport Parking - Sorry for the long review, but felt I had to ell you all.
The entrance to their parking, which was a horse stables/livery, was very bumpy and full of deep potholes. You have to ring 30 minutes in advance of arrival as that allows them to make people wait so they can take a car full of people rather than just the 2 people that have booked. The chap that was waiting for us to arrive so he could get his transfer, was waiting for 50 minutes.
They charge AN EXTRA £7 each way, per booking to cover the airport waiting zone charge but for example, as they combine bookings, on our return we had 2 other couples in with us so they had charged us £21 and only had to pay £7 to the airport. They don't drop you to the "Drop Off" area but take you to the short stay car park area which gives you a lot, lot longer walk to the terminal. Also, it was only a 7 seater car and with the driver and 6 passengers, plus all our luggage, it was a tight squeeze to get in, to say the least.
The drive back to the Stables/Livery was thrilling, as the driver seemed in a rush and was flying through the back roads and over the speed bumps and pot holes. The car was grounding out over the bumps due to the weight of all of us ijn there. There's a balance between getting people back to their own cars in good time or racing back which can be very frightening and potentially dangerous.
On retrun to the Stables, we drove past the horses and into the horses field. We were dropped off there, in the dark, and told, "Your car is parked over there..." and pointed to an area to search for our car, through the mud and grass. On getting to our car, when we got in, we noticed the passenger seat had been moved and reclined, a "Burger King" coffee cup that wasn't ours and there was a big bag full of various items on the back seat. It would appera that our car had been used by them for something, rather than just parked up until we returned.
The price for the parking and the airport fee turned out to be more than the "Silver" type airport parking which would have bneen more secure and quicker.
I WOULD SUGGEST NOT USING THESE PEOPLE.

I wish I could give it less than one star but do not use! We used this site to find a meet and greet parking companies and found ‘secure airport transfer limited owned by Muhammad Iqbal. They were extremely rude and put the phone down on me multiple times as they did not want to respond to a private number and when I tried to politely explained why I had to have it on private due to personal reasons, they kept putting the phone down on me and shouting at me. I phoned back to find out if we were being met at the airport and they accused me of swearing (which I most certainly did not do) and then said they wouldn’t be there and we had to find something else. I had to eventually almost grovel to this horrible person to explain myself using my partners phone. It was borderline abuse and misogyny in my opinion. Although the person was also rude to my partner so maybe just rudeness in general is how they operate. They arrived eventually after much persuasion and we almost missed our flight. This was not simply misunderstanding this was someone who has no idea how to behave with customers and who do not care one bit about whether you have paid your money as they would let you down in a heartbeat. I rarely wrote bad reviews and did not know whether to bother but will never use this website again and that’s a shame as all they need to do is vet their clients, Turns out after a little research on government companies house, the company they recommended was almost struck off. They need to research the organisations they recommend in my opinion. I tried to complain to compare airport parking but got nowhere, do better.

Told to call 30 mins before you get there but they’re not there when you arrive so we had to wait an extra 20 - 30 minutes and the same on the way home. Driver dropped my car back off to me and despite us standing in a tarmac’d space to avoid the rough gravel at the drop off points, he still managed to drive past us and straight into a huge pothole causing a scrape on my front splitter. They also unplugged my dash cam which I find highly suspicious. Will never use again.

This is the worst I have ever had to deal with they have hidden charges that the do not tell you about until you pay they well not cancel your booking and is so rude when you get to talk to them avoid it all costs they will make your life miserable. I explained to them that I was dyslexic and they didn’t even have a bit of understanding.and there car park is out side a house this is a scam This is not a professional car park. These are not professional. People stay away at all costs. I have just reported them to my bank.

Avoid this agent as they use dodgy companies. They had my car for two weeks and put 170miles on it and used half a tank of fuel. I found carpark tickets inside the car for dates that were while I was away. The car seats had been put back up to make it a 7 seater, obviously for max capacity (I had put the rear seat down for our bags) .
Interior was left muddy and with food wrappers all over the place. I've provided evidence of the vehicle being used and still have had no refund or explanation why they had used my car. No hand over procedure either, all were non English speaking and it all seems very sketchy. Agent will not take any responsibility and blames the company that they used. The company are now not responding to emails. Now looking into legal action as I will not let this drop. Avoid these cowboys at all costs.

I could give -100 stars, please do not book with them . I received a postcode where to drop off my car , once arrived there it was just houses then called them , they don’t even speak English they asked me to go to the airport parking and I had to wait 30 min for them to come and pick up my car . On our arrival I waited 1 hr 40 min and they were keep saying to wait , at the end they dumped my car on another parking with my car KEY ON THE TYREI had to pay £20 for the parking , awful ! DO NOT BOOK WITH YHRM

The worst company ever known to exist.DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. They’ve cut the call multiple times on me and arrived with the car 2 hours after the anticipated time. I don’t even know how they’re still running the company with this many bad reviews

Awful company who use dodgy companies with no right to store or park your car. Called to arrange collection on day of the flight and heard nothing at all, had to pay vey expensive airport parking and neither this company nor the actual parking company will reply or reimburse me any monies paid. DO NOT USE.

The prices quoted exclude the local parking access charge when you drop off and then you collect. They over charge for this as well, £8.40 when it should be £5. Also took 40 mins for the car to be returned, very annoying after a long flight
I’d go for reputable providers, not these scammers who keep reinventing themselves under new names
