The whole process couldn't be easier
The whole process couldn't be easier. from an initial phone call where I spoke to Katie, she very professionally talked me through the process of ordering from home and picking up my components in person, as i live only a few miles away.
When I went to pick up my order I was met by a very personable young man who found my order for me.
I would not hesitate to order again from Components Direct.

I needed edge cable clips urgently to finish a job (with a customer waiting).My parts bin was nearly empty and my local supplier had gone out of business
( ouch!). Parts Direct had a clear table of the parts available and at 23.00 hrs I was able to get an order in and received it on time within 24hrs. Bacon saved! Superb service, thanks. Steve Head

Great experience buying from Components Direct
I had a good experience buying from Components Direct. They made sure the item suited my requirements. When they realised it was out of stock they sent me a similar one which was more expensive for the same cost.
It arrived a couple of days after I ordered it.
