Was immediately contacted by Katie and advised the part was not in stock and would be a week out. Would I like to wait or cancel? I agreed to wait.
The parts ended up showing up 2 days after.

Private Individual and I Recieved Excellent Service - above and beyond!
I had a small part in my daughters NEXT bed that I could not source anywhere. I tried Next who did not want to know - despite the bed being only 2 years old and costing over £600+. I tried the usual market places, internet and finally found a part which after purchase proved clearly longer but from the correct manufacturer.
I sourced the wholesaler - who were BRILLIANT. One call, transfer to Ailsa Giles who said she knew the part and would send me samples that day - she did 1st class post. I repaired the bed the weekend and can say that this company is beyond doubt incredibly helpful. Buyers of parts should clearly be confident that they will get a service over and above what they need to complete their business tasks! EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT - thank you Ailsa

Good service...
There was a short lead time on the item which I was informed of by email immediately after placing the order and was asked if I wished to proceed. The item arrived within this timeframe and was delivered very quickly via DPD. Overall a good service and would use this company again.

Zip component brok on assembly. Contacted CD and they Immediately sent a replacement free of charg. Excellent customer service and the part did exactly as I was expecting.
