Falsely advertised a brick from Imperial hand-made bricks despite not stocking them. I placed an order for what I what I was assured were the Imperial hand made bricks and received a different brick, bright yellow in colour, having paid £0.81 a brick when I could have got them for £0.61p a brick from my local merchant. I had to get the sales rep down from the manufacturer to confirm that they were wrong. Condell eventually collected the bricks after a few days of constant calls and requests. It's cost me 3 days for the bricklayer and builder, plus a delay to the works. Only to be refunded for not all of the bricks. Do not order bricks from here!

Top quality decking boards and joists supplied for my garden decking. They beat everywhere else on price too. Really helpful and easy to deal with, super-fast free next day delivery too. Josh in sales and Ian the delivery driver were a pleasure to deal with. Couldn’t be more satisfied.

I was struggling to source some specific floor channels, I spoke to Bill, who offered to call round and come back to me. My pet hate is for people to promise to call me back and then never do. True to his word, Bill called me back having managed to track them down. I told Bill I would place the order only if he could guarantee they could be delivered with 48 hours. He assured me they would, and they arrived 24 hours later. That's what I call customer service, well done Bill !

Ordered a Catnic lintel. Item arrived without any protection (I thought black, industrial cellophane wrapping at least!). Item could only be described as looking secondhand - one of the corners was bent, where it had been dropped and it was covered with gouges, scratches and chips, some down to the galvanising. Even the polystyrene within the void had melted, so it no longer fills the void - looks like it is old enough stock, to have has been left outside in last summer's sun for months!
Terrible condition. Will never use again.

I cant Recommend Condell enough, Jake and Rich have always got me what i need, where i need it and in good time. Nothing is too much trouble and their communication is second to none so i always know whats going on. In this day and age where we are all just numbers its good to have a supplier who understands that the personal touch makes all the difference.

Amazing service from start to finish. I have used This company for many, many years. The service, delivery and even after sales were superb. I have used other builders merchants but Condells know how to do a good job. Very impressed. Wont stop using either.

We were in a panic trying to get plasterboard for a project in a rush when our contractors rearranged at the last minute. Both Jim and Richard were brilliant on the phone. They knew their stuff and I really appreciated the guidance on the right product for the job we were doing. And thanks for the perfectly timed delivery too.

I ordered some timber from this company. They delivered on the wrong day, the timber was completely bowed, dirty, in terrible condition and totally unusable. They now won't reply to my communications. Very disappointed with this company and will not be ordering from them again.

Had to replace my sisters decking.
Contacted Condell as its local to me.
Great people to deal with, they couldn’t help me enough.
Got me the timber I required, delivered it on the day I wanted at the time I wanted at the price I wanted
Even when I had a board that had a split in it, called them, told them, next day a new board was there delivered.

Excellent prices for Rockwool and promptly delivered.

I read many negative reviews about this company but the price for a 3.3 Catnic Lintel was too good to pass over...so I took a punt.

The day after my order was placed I received a message to say delivery would be two days later. At around 10am on that day my lintel arrived.

I couldn't have expected anymore from any building material supplier, which often results in delays anyway, and for the price I feel this was an excellent transaction. I'm now considering them for other materials within my current project. Two thumbs up

Terrible company, totally messed me around, cancelled without telling me,
I reordered, then they cancelled again and wanted a passport photo to prove who I was. Wasted my time and now the build will be behind schedule. I would recommend to anyone thinking of using these cowboys to think again.
