Excellent Service.
First time user of County Battery services, ordered a battery on behalf of my husband, excellent delivery. Unfortunately incorrect battery sent at first, this was immediately rectified with correct battery being sent by return. Will recommend to friends and certainly use again.

Replacement DeWalt 24volt DE0243 battery packs.
I’ve had my batteries from County for just over a year now so feel this is a good time to review having given the “a good thrashing” in that time... I ordered one new battery for a DeWalt 24volt all singing and dancing drill. Having already got the two NiCad packs that came with the drill which by now were totally useless (mind you I’d had them for 8 years by then), I decided to get the cells replaced with NiMh cells. After all, why waste a perfectly good case? All three batteries are still working very well and I wouldn’t hesitate to do the same again when these finally give up the ghost. What can I say, one new battery and two re-celled for a little over the price of one new genuine DeWalt one, if you can find them. Can’t be bad..

An amazingly helpful service
I was looking for a specialist battery. In the event, County Battery were unable to supply it but they could not have been more helpful in keeping me informed of the steps they were taking and, ultimately, in refunding my money. I happily recommend them.
