My experience with Creditfix began on a positive note. Right from our initial contact, they meticulously explained the process, its implications, and consistently guided me through the settlement journey. The team maintained a high level of professionalism by providing regular updates on my account status, which I found reassuring.

Although I encountered a minor setback towards the closure process, Creditfix reached out and handled my frustration with utmost professionalism. I truly appreciate the effort put forth by the closure team, especially Rooksar and Rashena (apologies for any misspellings), for their dedicated follow-up.

Thanks to their diligent work, I'm relieved that this chapter has come to a close, allowing me to focus on rebuilding my credit score.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Trying to obtain an email of my outstanding balance for a legal matter and 5 days of chasing them after being lied to about it being sent the next day.

All I need is an email?!

They said today I would have this by 4:30 — MORE LIES!

What a bunch of frustrating crap.

Avoid this company.

In all fairness they realised what they'd done and reviewed my case and gave me a refund.

I've paid them off but find today that they are still taking my money. Costs were outrageous . The Bank of Scotland took them to court! Service no existent. Please Please avoid these scoundrals at all costs...cos that's what you'll part with. Their expertise is kicking you whilst you're down. They are registered in Ireland, not UK as they would have you believe.

The lady I spoke to this was very helpful and knowledgeable.
Support and advise was excellent.

I paid my IVA off early in September on a lump sum more than my original debt in the first place which was agreed and is on my bank statement as being paid to credifix so i am now waiting for my certificate to say its closed yet they are still wanting the monthly payments i had before and another debt agency has been calling me twice a day for the last 3 weeks . I was told when I paid the lump sum congratulations its all done and it might take 3 months to get the final certificate but all I've had is hassel from wanting more money and another party harrassing me on the phone and E mails .

Been with the company since it was Vanguard and to be fair they was pretty good. It’s since change names three times without updating me or giving me a new reference number each time. I then tried to reduce the payments due to everything else going up and they wouldn’t let me!! I then talked to someone and they advised getting a DRO however NO ONE told me that because it’s a joint IVA the joint debt would then go onto the other party completely!! I cancelled my IVA before being informed of this information which now means the other person now has all joint debt. I tried to then talk to credit fix and of course absolutely useless. I have been told by one person I should be able to sort the IVA back out but another is saying no. Now I’m completely stuck on how to get any help!! It’s awful how they run!! The other person didn’t even give permission to have the IVA cancelled which I think is bd that they didn’t even try and get his approval!! Awful company

My IVA was missold by this awful company , mine is in the hands of a solicitor , been over 18 months and they are still trying to take money out of my accout , be careful of their fees that they don't tell you about , you'll be paying them for the rest of your lives

Awful company, that broke insolvency rules when they negotiated my iva, due to ill health I lost my job and they have continued to try and take payments and have dragged their heals over canceling my iva, be very very careful of taking anything out with this company as they may be great when you're paying the moment you stop is the moment they try and ruin your life!!!!

Creditfix duplicated my debt and added creditors onto my file. They are parasites and should be avoided at all costs.

I tried the company. I have not seen improvement. No contact for an update. It has been two months. I don't think they mailed the letters to the credit bureaus. I paid $2.44 for letters to be mailed. Please don't bother to contact customer service, it is useless. This company is a joke.

Wanted to leave a positive review and thank the different people at creditfix who helped when my sister received a sudden cancer diagnosis. Creditfix were caring, fair and took the time to help.

Really poor advice. I ended up in a worse mess and they just fobbed me off. They never rang back when I was out of my mind with worry. Once they seal the deal, the shutters go up. Steer clear.

I got in touch with Creditfix with regards to seeking assistance with taking out car finance during my IVA. I have 18 months left to pay on my IVA and i was in need to get another car due to my car being damaged to the point it was not cost effective to repair. After a few emails being sent to Creditfix, i then received contact from Reza Baricasula. What can i say, he was an amazing help to my request. Taking time to find out the reasons for my request and guided me through the process to help me being granted permission to obtain finance. Without his help and professionalism, i would have been looking at paying an extortionate amount on transport costs to get to and from work and this would have impacted my ability to pay my IVA. With Reza’s kindness and assistance I can now get another vehicle without impacting my availing to pay my IVA. Thank you Reza, you are a star. Well done Creditfix for helping me out in my time of need.

At annual review they were sending emails to the wrong account and threatening text messages saying I was in breach of contract. I tried 5 times to contact them, they even hung up on me once. They have still not actioned the change but have now text to say I owe them more money. They send text messages on a Saturday when you can’t call to clear things up. I am struggling with mental health already and this could push someone o er the edge! Dreadful lack of thought or compassion in a business that should focus on these things.

this is the worst company to deal with, each department fob you of to another, you end up paying more debt than you owe as they added an extra 8K on to my debt which i am having to pay all the original amount back.plus instead of 5 years its now 7 years.. they are as helpful as a paper bag in the rain. if you are considering using credifix please dont it will be the worst thing you ever do in your life

DO NOT USE CREDITFIX. I am in my final year of repaying my debt over 5 years & I haven't missed a single monthly payment & I've always submitted the relevant paperwork for the annual review in a timely manner. Creditfix is now aggressively harassing me & threatening to terminate my IVA whilst asking for my annual review documents, which is much earlier than they've requested the paperwork. I have provided a valid reason why I haven't been able to submit the documents immediately & contacted them multiple times explaining why but Creditfix has ignored my emails & continues to send me threatening texts & emails so I'm now going to make a formal complaint & report them to the FCA & Omsbudsman.

Disgusted rhey stopped my payments.
My husband.is terminally ill.and.i sent wage slips and list.of.what.i pay.
So.kmow I am.have even more stressed .

Creditfix are useless ….. they took a £5K PPI claim from me …. And gave it to a third hand company that was nothing to do with my debt …: it’s not showing on my yearly statement …. Now there’s a total communication breakdown …. Looks like my IVA is going to fail ….. a shambolic company they need reporting

Spoke with Ellie about a unexpected payment situation and as usual she was wonderful. Friendly and polite and made me feel at ease. No problems at all since being with Creditfix!
