Ordered a product on their site, more than 10 days have passed and my order is still being processed right now. Contacted their CS for order cancellation and they still haven't replied back and it has been like 4 days. They said in their email that they would respond back in 1-2 days but that hasn't happened yet. All in all, if you use their service then prepare to wait until the end of time for their incompetent ass to actually do their jobs

Project completed and shipped to crowd supply 3 months ago. Crowd supply has improperly shipped the order which resulted in 3 return to senders.

Refuses to cancel my order and issue a refund.

Omg. My minor son purchased a product that promised to ship April 2023 and he still has not received it. They keep bumping the delivery date and the worst was this month. They were supposed to ship tomorrow and we just got notice today that it is bumped it another month. They are full of excuses. They should not of taken so many orders if they couldn't fill them. My son is still so excited to receive this item and he spent his hard earned money and that is only reason I'm not canceling it.

Customer support doesn't care about the clients.
They only consider the seller's point of view and don't make them accountable for their statements.
They present "deal with it" attitude.

Had negative experience before over different cause, but removed the review after the situation was improved (though not resolved in proper way). The business refused to deliver a device I've backed before because I have .ru email address almost three years ago on the order due to "potential ties with Russia". Of course I have ties with Russia, it's my country of birth and I think I'm not able to do anything with it. While some kinds of discrimination are strictly prohibited to even think of in a western business community, others, being more ridiculous, are yet blossoming.

Well, then this review is earned properly. On placing order with CrowdSupply one is loaning future-term deposit without any interest and goal security even if the creator team has fulfilled their part. Have two stars instead of one for a honest reply.

First of all, this company is owned by one of the largest electronics parts distributors in the United States, Mouser Electronics. Second, this project was started three years ago in 2020, with a delivery date of May 2022. The project was named LUNA, a debug and development board for USB using an FPGA for prototyping. First they had problems with the FPGA part due to the chip shortage. Then they got alternative parts, and redesigned the board, only to have power issues. Time after time they had updates they were working on improving software features while going through limitless hardware revisions. The board was due to ship in tow weeks and another update that they failed EMI and RFI interference standards. Now they are hopeful they can resolve the issues within 30 days and ship on January 22nd, 2024.
The problem is the people who designed this board and took the money have no credibility except with the company they founded (Great Scott Gadgets). This has smelled bad from the beginning when mid-term between the original delivery date and now they changed the product name to Cynthion. Name changes after the funding has closed and before shipping is always the smell of fraud.

Update 09-12-2023
They have yet to respind with a refund. They sent a routing number forca refund that never existed and could nit be traced by the bank. A BBB comolaint as filed and delivered but has not been responded to. They are not only owned by Mouser, but Mouser is owned by Warren Buffet at Berkshire Hathaway.
I'm filing a lawsuit for my money next week. These people need to be stopped. Great Scott Gadgets got the money and has not respinded either.

When I ordered my product on crowdsupply it specifically add Dutch VAT (21%). Catch my suprise when i finally received the package and I needed to pay again VAT. Only because somebody at crowdsupply or mouser put a tick at the box that the customer needs to pay taxes.

A complete scam is crowdsupply. The charge taxes but they are never going to pay the dutch tax office. Instead the keep the money. Really nice deal but not over my account!

paid for something almost a year ago and never received any kind of update until messaging support, which ignored me for two months until messaging them again, terrible experience, would not suggest putting money you care about towards anything on this site

Crowd Supply is another crowd funding website for small start-up projects, like gofundme, kickstarter and so on. Unfortunately, I bit and sent in $113 for a single board project, Hackboard 2, back in January 2021. It is now the middle of June and they keep making excuses why they are not shipping. One excuse after another. That is the fault of the project. But things are not going well with this Crowd Supply outfit, either.
1. Today I received an email demanding my phone number. Otherwise they would not ship. They do not need my phone number. All they need is my shipping address, which they have. They also have my money.
2. There is no place on their website to rate or comment on the projects. This Hackboard project is STILL begging for money, even though it will not be until the end of the year, if ever, that they ship. Others need to be warned and there is no way. Shame on them.

Update October 2021:

I received a garbled email from them announcing shipment of the Hackboard 2 was going to begin in November. But it also contained the words "Order Cancelled". I tried to set up an account using my email, like their website says, and I never received the necessary confirmation email. Tried multiple times. Didn't have time to follow up. On November 1 I received my credit card statement to find that my order had, in fact, been cancelled! So after waiting 10 MONTHS, they sitting on my money, they cancel my order! So they can sell to someone else at a higher price. These people are UNETHICAL and CANNOT be trusted!
