I have used CTW Dartford 5 times in the last 4 years. I have always requested Abby Smith for the selling and buying each time.
Abby us absolutely amazing.....she really is. It is no exaggeration to say that she is truly wonderful.
She responds IMMEDIATELY to emails and queries. Keeps you totally up to date with the conveyancing process and has such an organised and plan ahead approach to her work. She is diligent and doggedly chases other solicitors during the process. I very rarely leave glowing reviews for professionals and am always able to find fault.....but honestly.....Abby Smith is faultless. I cannot recommend her highly enough

As a first time user of a remote solicitor along with app technology, I was unsure of what to expect.
My experience with CTW left with me with no regrets though. The whole service from Nirveer, Xanthe, Bhav and Chloe was excellent, contributing to a smooth (admittedly no chain) sale in just over 10 weeks.
