Top marks from me. CYC and Gary have been superb, extremely helpful, from start to finish, made sure delivery was as it should have been and followed up after. Genuine people and a genuine company who I would most certainly recommend.

Owen was an absolute diamond for me he went out his way on a Saturday on his dad off to help me on a matter which I did not expect to have help with he’s a brilliant bloke who made my orders very very easy to purchase and collect

I even had the pleasure of meeting him
In real person when he invited me the showroom to have a look around what a good lad he is I’m buying more gym kit soon and I won’t be going anywhere else that’s for sure

We recently purchased the Inspire FT1 Functional Trainer from CYC Fitness and couldn’t be happier. From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth. Delivery was prompt and handled professionally, which made the start of the project stress-free. We had some queries about payment processing. The management stepped in promptly to address the same. That level of service from the owner speaks volumes about the company.

We decided to handle the installation ourselves and actually found it to be a very enjoyable experience. By taking our time (about an hour a day over three days), we ensured everything was perfect. The build quality is top-notch, and it fits into the corner of our gym as if it were custom-made for the space. It has immediately leveled up our workout setup. Highly recommend both the machine and the service from CYC!

Iv made three separate purchases so far at cyc and im really over the moon. I always pop to the showroom to look at the products and get the best advice. Owen is super helpful. Always have a speedy delivery too! Thanks guys I will be back for a lovely new treadmill soon 💖

I recently purchased a foldable reformer from CYCfitness and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. The team provided quick responses to all my questions and was so accommodating to my specific needs. The build quality of the reformer is brilliant (it’s clearly a premium piece of kit). A huge thanks to the guys there for being so helpful throughout. Highly recommend! 5 stars ⭐️

I ordered a Skelcore multiflight from this company. Delivery was exactly as arranged. The chap who delivered it was extremely helpful. He'd already built one of the hard bits for me. He even helped me move another machine into my gym, legend!

Popped in for a kettlebell, got talking about what equipment they supply. The staff were very friendly and helpful and ill definitely be checking them out next time I need equipment for either my own use or in my work as a pilates teacher and PT. Lovely showroom too.

Had a bit of trouble making payment online so rang and spoke to Gary who promptly sent me a payment link. Once payment was made I quickly got a couple of emails confirming payment and an update on delivery. Considering this was @12:30pm I was impressed to receive my order via DPD at 8:30am the following day. Would highly recommend.

I recently bought an FT1 functional trainer and the overall service from Craig and the team was superb, including co-ordinating with Select Fitness (David) to deliver and install the trainer. Everything went completely smoothly on the logistics and made this an overall great experince.

Spoke with Gary about treadmill specs and home gym flooring. Very helpful. Would recommend this company!

I went into the showroom and Gary was really helpful, he shared his knowledge and experience to ensure I selected the right equipment, I bought the S109 and I can’t recommend it enough, if you buy this you will not be disappointed, a great piece of kit. I choose to have it fitted, Colin and Paul attended and did a cracking job fitting my equipment, 2 really genuine guys who were a pleasure to have at my home. Well done CYC top equipment and a service to match

Returned an item 1 month later still no refund.

When i was ordering they would reply within the hour, now im chasing a refund they go days without replying

Have to triple email them just to get a response at this point no update on anything just told ‘bear with us’

I bought a smith and rack multi gym from CYC Fitness because they had an amazing deal where they discounted the price from £1200 to £699.
The equipment arrived very quickly in perfect condition and i could not be happier with my purchase.
Im now saving £300 a year on a gym membership because i can do a full body workout at home
