Great people. Friendly, not pushy. Genuinely want to help you find what you are looking for. Great deals, great products. Delivery was fantastic. despite a very difficult location to find and fit, they worked contortions to set it up where required. If you need fitness gear, go and see these lads.

Fantastic service and would highly recommend. We had a tight space within which to fit a functional trainer but Gary responded to all our queries promptly and ensured that the installation would be possible. Colin and Paul who did the installation were also very helpful and professional too. They cleared everything at the end of the installation and they left everything ready for us to use. Would definitely buy again from this company.

I ordered some pairs of used dumbbells. Customer service always handy to assist with queries and good communication. Very well priced with excellent discount too. Extremely good quality dumbbells and quick dispatch with courier.

I ordered jigsaw matts from CYC . Customer Service was spot on from start to finish. They were also the cheapest out there and no delivery charge.
Mats were delivered and in time frame allocated. The courier even helped me put them in my garage so I could keep them on the pallet.
I would definitely purchase equipment from this company again. Highly recommended.

Wow! Have to say my wife and I have been blown away with how great CYC have been. The customer service and experience has been nothing short of superb from the start.
We researched for a while what treadmill we wanted and settled on buying the Nordictrack 1750... Have to say I was a little nervous given how much money I was parting with but found a few companies who could supply this machine, having looked at all their reviews I really liked what I read about CYC and their personal touch and after care, something the others lacked but was sceptical if I'm been honest. Anyway order placed with them and then the next day I did get a call from Gary to sincerely thank me for me order and he talked me through the next steps and expectations for delivery (which was about 7-10 days)
Gary has also helped me with the ifit set up and codes etc both on the phone and emails and nothing is too much trouble for him, which for me is a rare commodity these days.
Would definitely recommend CYC Fitness and if you have any doubts just ring them first.

Genuinely cannot fault CYC Fitness. I have dealt with Gary at CYC Fitness for the last two years. Initially to gain an understanding of the best equipment for the space I had to create a home gym.

Gary took the time to understand the space available and my training needs. I was then invited to view products at their premises. I came away confident in the choices I had made, mainly because of the expertise at CYC and the plethora of choice available.

Delivery date was kept to and communication throughout was impeccable. The simple things that lots of corporate companies get so wrong, CYC have mastered.

I have been back to Gary on numerous occasions and always found the advice spot on. Gary has always been available to call or respond to an email when needed, without the need for chasing him.

I cannot recommend CYC Fitness and Gary enough. I will continue to use them for years to come and I don't even bother looking elsewhere any more.

I’m setting up a small private gym and PT studio. I have been trying to sort flooring and equipment for a few months from different well known fitness brand suppliers… emails, calls etc and have been told on numerous occasions that someone would get back to me. Guess what?! No one did! Until I emailed Justine at CYC… she was on the phone within the hour and has kept in contact regularly with regards to equipment orders and requests. I could not speak more highly of the service…Ross and his colleague arrived today and didn’t stop working until my new rubber tiled gym floor was completely installed. Very happy with the product and looking forward to receiving equipment to fill the space. I don’t know why anyone would go anywhere else. Thank you!

Top service from CYC fitness. Bought a Nordic Track 1750 treadmill in November and very happy with my purchase. Service from both Craig and Gary has been exceptional from the start. Very helpful initially with purchase and then sorting access code for Ifit. Very happy with the treadmill and training experience after 1 month of use

Ordered a treadmill ex display, sadly the delivery company damaged it. There was no arguments from cyc fitness, they looked ar getting replacement parts but decided they could take longer than they would like to arrive. so, to my amazement they replaced it with a brand new machine! That what you call customer service. I give them 10 🌟 for having gone above and beyond.

CYC were delightful to work with. We got an FT2 package which is a rare piece of kit nowadays at a very fair price.

I had a great experience. Clear communications, clear invoicing, responsive, great customer service. Could not ask for more. Easy. Simple. And installation day was done in less than 4 hours by a lovely chap called David who also demoed how it works.

The product itself is fantastic too! If you want gym equipment, I am only going to CYC.

Wanted some items for a small home gym. Found Gary purely by a web search as we wanted someone local to us and so pleased we found him. Large showroom with lots of equipment. Gary talked us through our needs and recommended specific items. No hard sell and excellent value for money. Delivered and fitted by two of Gary’s team - arrived on time and took no time in setting everything up. Tidied up too! Really impressed and we wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Gary and his business.

I ordered a 10-25KG dumbbell set and vertical rack. What I got within a few days of payment was a very well packaged superb piece of gym equipment that fits nicely into my home gym. The dumbbells are iron coated in rubber, excellent quality, great presentation. The vertical rack is steel, very well made and well worth it.
I looked at a lot of companies and on line sites for similar products but this is by far the best quality, best priced item and having never used this company before, from this one purchase I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Ordered a dual hook ez bar for a cable machine after ordering from another company which didn’t bother to send me a confirmation or dispatch notification despite being paid through PayPal and finding out that they weren’t UK based despite using a UK website address. I am in dispute with them now.

What a difference with CYC fitness. Whilst the same bar was more expensive. I was highly impressed with the service I had a order confirmation and invoice in minutes after ordering and in no time at all I was informed that the bar was dispatched and had the tracking number and it arrived at mine within 24 hours of ordering and they are UK based.

The bar itself is perfect and is of solid construction and just what I was after. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again should I need anything. All in all excellent and it’s true you get what you pay for.

Purchased a Nordictrack fusion cst from CYC Fitness and wasn’t disappointed. Machine itself is brilliant. I needed a Saturday delivery as I’m at work through the week and Gary at customer services organised a Saturday delivery for me at no extra cost. Very helpful thank you.
Once delivery was organised I was contacted the evening before and was given a delivery window which can be tracked live and can actually see where the driver is on the map. Two man delivery team even carried three heavy boxes into the house for me.

That would have to be one of the best service experiences ever.

Arrived on time, delivery driver was great (nice guy), easy to unpack, easy to install, works perfectly and having used it for the first time now it is fantastic.

Good service and quality

After another reputable firm added further delays to my entire home gym setup cyc stepped in and delivered from stock. Only minor niggle is pending some of my weight plates but I have faith given every else was spot on.
