This company is outstanding customer service to its very core. Not just during purchase, but after-sales is great too. Nothing is too much trouble. Gary even replied to me on a Sunday, after a Saturday email. Top class. I haven't even mentioned their prices, which for my Inspire M5, were the cheapest around. Love this company. Try them. You'll see.

Ordered a reverse peck deck from them, couldn’t take deliveriy as was away, was delivered as soon as we got back, problem due to the courier with a little damage, cyc fitness sent back 10% of the cost back as compensation. Good service

We have just re equipped our gym space and used several suppliers, we found CYC while looking for a specific off the shelf sprint track, which they stocked and could send out promptly, more importantly CYC had a number of other great pieces of kit we needed.

Quotations were super fast and efficient, Justine knows their products very well and her advice and guidance were 100% on point.

Great service all round and we will most certainly use CYC in the future, its great for any business to have a strong group of suppliers around them.

All the way through from my initial enquiry , to the purchase of equipment , everything was taken care of and communication was excellent re all the details . The installations were superbly organised and the team who set things up for me were brilliant . A highly professional service from start to finish . It was a pleasure to purchase from them and to have the after sales support is greatly appreciated .

This is the first time I have dealt with this company and it truly does put the customer first, a rare thing in this day and age. If I could give O stars I would. The worse company out there and I have the evidence to prove it. After selling us a ‘reconditioned’ three year old treadmill advertised as NEW this company used intimidating tactics to imply that we would have to cover their losses and expenses for having to remove / re-sell the treadmill, clearly demonstrating the deceptive and highly unprofessional conduct of this business and Mr Young must clearly believe that all costumers are stupid and / or uninformed.
Neither the treadmill.nor console was brand new and I sent clear and sufficient evidence to prove that yet they continued to deny that they have done anything wrong; for weeks they have lied and deferred from having to resolve the issue by blaming it on the Spirit Fitness / Dyaco, the company on which behalf they sold the treadmill. I purchased the treadmill on the 13 of July and this is how long it took them to resolve the matter because they thought but manipulating and intimidating we would keep a discontinued, old and faulty treadmill.
CYC Fitness have failed to offer the service that was required under the Costumer Rights Act 2015, in that they have failed to provide goods of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose; the goods have not been corresponding to description, the service was not provided with reasonable care and skill and finally they have failed to act in a timely manner.Moreover, this business have "intentionally misled beyond all doubt, have withheld information ( they informed us after the purchase that “this treadmill is going to be discontinued hence the big price cut’ and reduction - Mr Young’s own words)
AVOID AT ALL COSTS as all you will hear when things go wrong will be the sob story - “we are family run business” LIARS LIARS

Buying from CYCFitness has been a great experience. Everyone I have dealt with has been friendly and has done everything they could to help. Absolutely superb supply and installation of X-Connect flooring and a Weight Tree in my home gym. I visited the CYC Fitness showroom and was impressed with the quality of the equipment on display and how helpful the staff were. My order was dispatched rapidly and fitted by two members of the CYC Fitness team. All the work was done superbly by their in house staff, the flooring is superb, has virtually zero odour and is easy to clean. The weight tree is an excellent sturdy piece of kit with a small footprint for 150Kg of plate storage. I have no hesitation in giving my unreserved recommendation for CYC Fitness.

Fantastic, high integrity company, hugely recommended. I'm very happy with the quality of the product (Aviron Strong Rower) and how it was shipped (it was very heavy and need a pallet service) The customer service was exceptional, I dealt exclusively with Gary Scott the Retail Sales Manager, no query was too small, to answer my calls, keeping me updated via email, phone and a courtesy call as after I'd assembled my rower. They are so good, I recommended them to my best friend. I would definitely buy from them again as Gary made the process so easy, he was very helpful and friendly on every occasion.

Ordered an Inspire Fitness FT1 from CYC having done my research as to the best cable machine for my home gym, and then searched on Google for the best deal. There's always a bit of apprehension when spending over £2k with a company you've never heard of before, but the reviews seemed decent and they proved a great choice. After I placed my order I gof an email confirmation and then a call to thank me for my order and see if I had any questions on the equipment. A nice personal touch, and would have been particularly helpful if I had not already done so much research. If in doubt on what you are about to order then I am sure Gary would be happy to provide advice before ordering. Anyway, we agreed a delivery date and I was of course kept fully up to date on delivery, including photos. The kit itself I am extremely happy with. Takes a wee while to put up, but a brilliant addition to the home gym.

For me the standard of the after sales service determines the true level of a company and CYC were exceptional and second to none.

The level of customer service, satisfaction and professionalism shown was unprecedented and this stems from the very top, namely Craig himself.

I bought a refurbished recumbent cardio strider which developed a problem a couple of months after purchase.

The Director himself, Craig contacted me and because spare parts were no longer available, offered to replace the machine with a brand new one or a refund; I accepted the latter.

They deserve every success in their business with such high levels of after sales service.

I have recommended them to all my friends and social group if they ever need gym equipment and will be my first port of call the next time I need a new machine.
