See your delivery partner did not call…
See your delivery partner did not call me eve when they had the package at the final delivery station fpr two days. I have raised a ticket on the same which they acknowledged and apologized for marking wrong status. Now the status is showing package is being returned. Without even contacting me. Can you sort this out with delhivery..

Pathetic exchange policy and process
The entire exchange policy and process is totally outdated and not at all customer friendly. You first need to approve the exchange, then there is a timeline of 7 days and also the customer is required to courier himself??
