Cateye Cyclo Computer that was ordered #Cyclop-12794 had visible wear and tear with finger prints all over the device. The product box had no seal and it looked as if it was hurriedly dumped in to a box. When I raised a replacement with images showing this, the support team conveniently rejected it. Such a cheat!! So beware!

Great range of products. With the wide range, premium quality and the brand of products available on cyclop, they usually sell out fast so it is a wish they could refill their inventories a tad faster. You are in for quality genuine products.

It almost 1 week since ive ordered marlin bolinas ridge 1 in pre paid. My order id is cyclop 11279. From the 1st day i expect order confirmation or updates in my mobile. Till now nothing comes.So being having no expierience in cyclop i started to worry that i will lose my money. So i wanted to ask you cyclop team if the order is possible to cancel and refund, i would like to cancel immediatly.

Hi purchased Shimano gear shifters on 02nd june 2021, i received the shipping update with tracking number on the same day but it is not shipped even now. The pick up is getting constantly postponing saying product not ready for pickup. As it is getting delayed, i thought of buying in local market and tried to reach their support to know the status, if possible to cancel the order but both the phone numbers on the website are not functioning. Pathetic support. My order is a prepaid order and i am now regretting for ordering on this website.

I have ordered Cycle tools for Rs.9999/- and its dispatched in Fedex. Nobody delivered shipment till now after 7 Days. I am calling Cyclop their number their mobile number is in invalid.

And service and support is appreciable, But there are some products that I want to purchase, which are gone out of stock for a long time. 🙂

Returned a defective helmet immediately on receipt. Had to mail it back at my own cost. Returned almost a month ago. No response from Cyclops. Except to say they have received the defective helmet.
I am a sad man.

Excellent website dedicated to cycling products. Their collection of old ale items is impressive to say the least. Delivery is prompt and they have never given me a reason to complain or contact them for any reason.

This is a fraud page and website. They delay orders and restrict other sellers to sell on groups. Beware they are a bunch of scammers with monopolistic tendencies.

I KNOW THIS IS A BIT LONG BUT PLEASE READ IT UNTIL END ...

What a pathetic store it is, I ordered hydraulic brakes and after a week I ordered bleeding kit, I confirmed 3 times with them if the kit is compatible with brakes or not and they said its universal and should work, the kit arrived
before the brakes and brakes came after 7-10 days( brakes were extensively delayed), when I tried bleeding it, I found that it wasnt compatible with brakes and when I contacted them they said the return window is closed, (it was their falut they didn't delivered both on time so i could test it)
When I questioned them about the kit not being compatible they said, they mean that kit was compatible with most normal brakes and there was nothing they could do about it
If they weren't shure about my query they should have said it clearly, in this case I wouldn't have ordered it and would've saved my 1100₹

The people behind Cyclop are humble and cooperative, however there is room for improvement with regard to stock keeping and maintenance of the website with special reference to product availabilty updates. Would like a greater range of payment options available and a lesser cart value to be eligible for free shipping. Customer support is prompt and courteous and hasn't failed me a single time. Hope my feedback strives them to do better in the Post-Covid world!

P.S. Their range of products is also great! Wish to get some discounts on MRP as a practice, not as exceptions.
