I order food regularly. The last several deliveries there have been issues. There is no way to contact this merchant by phone. I informed them that the delivery driver was taking photos of my home which was worrisome, and when I asked them not to, the driver pointed the camera towards me! They did nothing! The last few deliveries I have had items open and scattered around the box or missing. The last order I had EIGHT of the twenty four I ordered missing. I received just sixteen of the items I paid for. It is really hard to get ahold of anyone at this company. The service has gotten really poor!!! EIGHT missing items. I sent a picture within minutes of receiving order.

I enjoy the food very much. It is a wonderful help to me. Besides that it tastes good. But using the web sight could be better. I meant to skip this week and next week but it looks like you have me down for a delivery this week. Last week I only meant to have one box and I got three. Please make things easier to use and with clear instructions.

Daily Harvest makes it easy to eat a healthy plant based diet with plenty of ingredient diversity for a healthy gut biome! And it's guilt free, as their packaging is almost completely compostable and recyclable. Love the different flavor profiles and the variety of protein-filled pastas and flat breads. Looking forward to my next box!

They are a little pricey so I have to spread out my orders. Still less expensive than a smoothie shop.

The products are really good however the courier they use for CT LaserShip aka Ontrac is not good. The tracking number was 'invalid' & of course when you call its all automated. DH could not help with my delivery issue. DH could use a courier service that answers the phone or at least has a chat option. Products are good but not worth the aggravation. I am canceling my subscription today.

Great taste, awesome clean ingredients. Packaged well, easy to make, perfect serving size. So easy to store and make! Hard to beat for sure.

I love your food, and fortunately I can buy it locally at home, but I had a shipment sent to a summer home in the mountains of NC. When it arrived 20 minutes ago, there was NO dry ice left and most of the smoothies had defrosted. Over the years, I have learned that is probably not the end of the world and they will be okay. But given that there is a massive heat dome over the East Coast, you should have thrown in some extra dry ice to assure that the items stay frozen.

Today my wife got a delivery and as I was breaking down the box for recycling the fingers on both hands got burned by this company's unmarked dry ice. The super-thin bag the dry ice had been in was broken and in shreds at the bottom of the box. There should be a very clear warning that they are using dry ice in the packaging and there is none whatsoever Both my hands are burned!

Love the smoothies. Easy to make, delicious and convenient to grab on the go. A great way to start my day!

I have really enjoyed trying Daily Harvest. They have delicious, reasonably priced, easy to make food. I have increased my vegetable intake a lot by eating a harvest bowl for lunch every day. If I keep this up, I may see weight loss as well!

If I could rate this a zero, I most definitely would. They are very inconsiderate to their customers. If you need to speak to one of the team leads Mikayla or supervisors, they only chat with you through email because they are too afraid or, I guess, do not want to do their job to address the problem over a phone call. Oh, by the way, she made one response, and that was it. I didn't hear anything back from her so yes I feel like my issue was ignored and not taken seriously. They are not very accommodating to their customer.

Just reduce the sodium a bit. That would be awesome for me. Love most of the flatbreads.

Absolutely love Daily harvest. Smoothies taste wonderful and food makes you feel so healthy

My 2 year old grandson eats a DH meal almost everyday. I feel comfortable knowing he is getting a wide variety of healthy and nutritious organic food. And most importantly-he loves them.

The food is consistently great quality. Theirs is the only milk my family drinks.

I would recommend Daily Harvest to anyone! Their food is terrific, very tasty, and their customer service is top-notch. If you have any problem at all, they fix it. That makes me keep coming back as a customer. I would love to see a vanilla bean smoothie option, probably with some nuts to ensure that there is enough protein for myself. I would love that addition to your lineup. The only change I would make is that sometimes it is unclear to me when I am placing an order. There is no button to push for the order. And I wish there was one so that I understood that an order was placed. I think that the re-ordering is a little bit too soon… for automatic orders, I would allow more time.

My experience with Daily Harvest has been positive and enjoyable. I found the food to be a nice quality and easy to work with. I've ordered my first shipment, and all went well. I am planning on placing a new order soon!
