Daily Sparkle Opiniones 

My wife has severe vascular dementia. When she first started reading the Daily Sparkle in 2016 she enjoyed it and her ability to read it encouraged her to read parts of other magazines and newspapers which she had long since abandoned. However as her illness progressed she became unable to concentrate sufficiently to read the Daily Sparkle and we cancelled our contract about a month ago. For a period the Daily Sparkle greatly enhanced her life which was worthwhile. I always found the team at the Daily Sparkle most helpful and easy to deal with.

My sister and I have wonderful memories of reading the daily sparkle with our lovely mum, she really enjoyed it , all the quizzes and the reminiscing, Thankyou very much xx

Plenty of ideas to help plan the activity provision. Ideas can be adapted for most residents needs.
Good activity provision means having good resources which take a while to find. Not all activity coordinators have access to computers either. The add- ons are informative and interesting
The magazine that is sent through, along with the CD is a brilliant resource.
Whether you have the daily or weekly sparkle, it's a lovely conversation starter.

A brilliant set of entertaining and informative newspapers. lots of fun and laugh for all and guidance for not so experienced.

The daily sparkle makes a huge difference to our clients within the care home setting. The sparkle offer hints and suggestions for interactions with people living within the home that enable my team to have meaningful interactions and activities alongside them. It is invaluable.

I often use the historical newspaper and the CDs. I normally read the emails and correspond towards them 3 x per week.
Can I ask that if you can do more pictures as they appreciate it a lot.

Our residents find this very interesting and informative and thoroughly enjoy the quizzes and the activities especially the music quiz

An excellent resource to support reminiscence and to engage people in conversation.

Since having The Daily Sparkle at Grace Manor Care Center it has aided some of our residents to reminisce and have conversations they may not of previously had as the Daily Sparkle gives the staff a chance to chat with residents about things they may not have been aware the residents remembered.
It is a great asset to have in the home and a big part of our activities programe

AT WADHURST MANOR WE USE THE MONTHLY SPARKLE. IT PROVIDES LOTS OF IDEAS, TALKING POINTS AND PICTURES TO AID REMINISCENCE. OVER ALL GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY

This is a valuable resource that we use for all of the people that live with us weather the have Dementia or not. We all like to reminisce about the old days.

our residents really enjoy and look forward to receiving these each morning. Families have expressed their feedback too saying it is a talking point whilst visiting. also staff who are assisting with meals have it to hand to use as a discussion.

The personalised daily paper goes down extremely well with some of our residents as they only have to concentrate on that particular date and has the added benefit of being copied if that date is their birthday.
For other residents it is a walk down memory lane or a conversation starter.
The format makes it easy to read and the carer notes are a great help with some of our younger staff who don't remember or know about some of the things, especially the song words. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!
