We aim to deliver all orders within 7 days, although in many cases they arrive much sooner.
Regarding returns, these can take up to 14 days from the date they are sent back to us. This allows enough time for your parcel to reach our warehouse and for our Returns Department to receive, inspect, and process the items.

I have shopped with Damart for many years and clothing has been of top quality...the only problem I have come across is the sizes of clothing made in China as I think Damart do import from China.

Until Damart change there courier…
Until Damart change there courier nothing will change and I have told them this several times. The deliveries are so bad that I will not use them again!!!

The main problem is the sizing of items.
Giving a range e.g. 14 -16 means they never fit well. Individual sizes would be so much better.
Everything I have had to send back has been due to a very poor fit

Damart is an excellent company.
Damart is an excellent company selling beautiful, well made and well priced clothing, among other things. I would happily award them 5 stars but for the fact that they use Evri as their delivery service. They are the worst courier company in the country (ask anyone) and, if I could collect my parcels from a pick up point, that would be great. However, when I try, I am advised that this service is not available in my postcode.
