Cheap overpriced clothing. Premium call line to talk to them about poor quality/returns. Have to chase them for refunds.
But my main query is……Why does trustpilot give them a 4.1 star rating, while other review companies give 2.1 stars 🧐

Delivery is always swift and the clothes are good quality. I’m not sure of the length of some tops/ jumpers in the catalogue as it can say 24” but this does not correspond with one of the model photos. Fortunately I haven’t had to return anything this season.

Whoever packed the free pair of casual…
Whoever packed the free pair of casual shoes that came with my order didn’t read the size on the form. It was clear that I ordered size 5 and I was sent size 7. Again the size was clear on the form when I returned them, but, guess what, the replacement pair were size 7 so are now on their way back. Maybe third time lucky if I get another pair.

Ordered a reversible gilet in the smallest size and yet it was huge!! Not a normal size 10 at all. Don’t you cater for slimmer, petite ladies? There are lots of us around! Not only that, in this day and age when most purchases have to be made online, it’s ridiculous that return postage is taken from the refund!! Very disappointing and has put me off ordering from Damart again.

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry that you've had to contact us about the size of the reversible gilet and for any disappointment caused. The gilet is from our joint size range of 10/12 and the bust size on this is 34-37.
It is company policy that we do not offer a free returns service, unless the item is faulty or we've sent the wrong goods.

no size 14/16
I am satisfied with the goods I have purchased I wish you could. change the sizing though for instance most of he clothes are 12/14 and 16/18 needless to say I am 14/16

Not wide enough
I only had to wait three days for the parcel to arrive, the shoes looked good and appeared well made. I have very broad feet and had ordered an EE size but unfortunately they weren't wide enough so I had to send them back.
