Pretty garment . Delivery was very slow but do appreciate they kept me updated. Jacket was advertised as linen, but in fact is 100% cotton which disappointed me. It’s a nice garment but presents more as a shirt than a jacket. I like the colour and am wearing it, but us not what I expected.

You guys are a total FRAUD!!!!!! You sent a tiny blouse but want me to pay 20% to ship another one!!! I ordered an XL. My friend is an XS and the blouse is tight on her! Do Better!!!!!!

Company is a total SCAM. Ships from China so delivery takes a month. Items are nothing like described- all cotton was all synthetic. Horrible quality. Size med was more like small petite. When you contact them, they offer you a discount to keep the items, then offer more crummy items in a different size (same stuff, now you get two!). Returns have to be shipped to China for about $30. And who knows if they would even refund your money. I don't know how any legitimate buyers could give this SHAM company a good rating.

Be very cautious with this company. Processing a return is a nightmare and all shipping costs back to china must be paid for by customer. Additionally, photos must be taken and other rigamarole. Quality of product is a bit flimsy as well. Not quite bottom of the barrel bit still, not worth it. Don’t recommend

SCAM company from China. Clothing is TERRIBLE. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! Clothing from the dollar store is better quality.

I ordered these gauze pants for $40, feeling confident because the company advertised a 30-day money-back guarantee. Big mistake.
The pants arrived looking nothing like the photos. They are cheaply made, super thin and completely see-through (not in a stylish way – more like you wouldn’t want to wear them in public without layers). The seams are uneven, stitching is sloppy, and there were loose threads everywhere right out of the package. They feel like something you’d find in a dollar store, not a $40 item.
I immediately requested a return and refund. Instead of honoring their guarantee, the seller first offered a 10% discount if I kept them. I declined. They then bumped it to a 20% discount. I declined again and asked for the return address. Turns out it’s in China. The cheapest return shipping I could find was $32 — basically eating most of the cost of the pants just to send them back.
Frustrated, I tried donating them brand new with tags to a thrift store. The staff looked at them and said they could only price them at $5 because of the poor quality and lack of any real brand label (just a size tag).
Do not buy these. The product is low-quality garbage, the photos are clearly misleading, and the “money-back guarantee” is worthless when returns cost nearly as much as the item itself. This was a complete waste of time and money. Lesson learned — stick to reputable sellers with easy returns.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered a dress and it was cheaply made. I wanted to return the dress but they wanted me to keep the dress and pay an additional 30% off the price of a new dress because it would cost more to send it to China! The dress was unfinished at the collar. The material was very cheap. I have never been more disgusted with the product being purchased online. Again, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Go to Macy’s!

It would cost me $65 to return the dresses I purchased, for $65. Not worth it. Please note that customers need to pay for returns, all the way to China

The item was not as described. I purchased a V-neck tank that was said to be linen. It's 100% polyester. The only way to get a refund it to pay to have it shipped to CHINA!

Do NOT order from this site. They fully lied on the description and material of my purchase, by stating it was denim. It was 100% polyester, and clearly cheaply made from likely a 3rd world country. I was charged $70 for a pair of "jeans" that was actually some white, sheer, and thin polyester material than likely costed them several cents to make. I would not purchase an item on here unless it is listed $20 or below, as that is the value of the products they sell. They additionally make it VERY difficult for you to receive a full refund and try to swindle you into take a 20-30% refund and to keep the product.

This is the second time I've tried to order. They don't ship for over three weeks and will not provide any updates as to when they will ship. Additionally, they won't respond to my emails.

Three of my 4 dresses arrived today. I used your sizing chart to choose the correct size. I ordered a size 5x in each dress. One of them fit perfectly, one (which is the same style as the first, but a different color) is too small, the third is at least 3 sizes too big! I am not happy.
I love the dress that fits, it seems incomprehensible that there is such variation in their sizing. Unfortunately, I wanted all of these dresses for a trip. I do not have time to get them replaced before I leave

Their merchandise is simply terrible. The fabric is cheap and the workmanship is terrible. The dress I ordered looked nothing like what was advertised. I tried to return it but they offered me a 10% refund and told me to keep the dress. They upped the offer to 20%. Still no way to return it even though they offer a 30 day money back guarantee. This company is a fraud. You cannot wear their clothing eccept perhaps on Halloween.

Order came in faster than I thought. Customer service was awsome. I love my tennis shoes, white & gray. Very comfortable!

The fabric was not as expected given the picture. Instead of linen, it was nylon polyester, shapeless and large. Despite 3O day return policy, price of return was greater than price of the dress because location is in China. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Interesting reviews are about product, which are good. I bought shoes. Nice stitching and material was sound. But for those of us that would like to return something, you’re trapped. Take a discount or pay exorbitant shipping back to china. If they are going to sell on this side of the globe, open a return center. Instead, it feels like bait and switch… I want you to be happy but if you’re not, pay anyway.

Products were inferior quality. Return policy was even worse - while items were sent from U.S. addresses, "30-day money-back guarantee" required returns to China. The customer service rep - who was very responsive (hence my 2 star rating) -
acknowledged that shipping charges to China are very expensive - and instead offered me a 20% refund and an exchange for size on one item for a 30% more "contribution." I was told to keep all the items - which I will donate to charity as they are poor quality. I will not shop with Darceylane again.

Cheaply made clothing that are nothing like the catalog photos. So far, only received 3 of 5 items ordered even after their required $3.99 ‘insurance’.

I ordered a pair of size 6 shoes for women they sent me a pair of size 6 men’s shoes so they were way too big. Then they said they would replace them for a third of the price. They never replaced them but double charged me for the shoes again don’t order from this company. They are a fraud and now they’ve deleted all of our correspondence from the emails so there’s no history.
