I ordered 12 plants in the excellent value summer sale which had a huge choice available. Telephone service regarding a delivery query was fast, friendly and everything happened as expected. The 9cm plants arrived really well packed, looking robust and healthy and are doing well in the beds despite the intense summer. I have ordered from this company on several occasions and have always been extremely impressed with the quality and condition of their plants on arrival.
The number of different varieties they offer is exceptional (and very tempting). It's easy to get carried away...

I first came across this small grower at the RHS Badminton show this year. I later placed an order for 12 of their sale plants. Having often ordered 9" pots from larger suppliers I wasn't expecting fantastic looking plants on arrival, expecting to have to give them lots of nurture to pull them through. Not so with D'Arcy & Everest. The plants were securely packaged, each pot individually wrapped in paper and the plants were in amazing condition, some even in flower. I'm not one for writing reviews, but credit where credit's due - this company deserve one! If I could attach photos you would understand my pleasure.

I contacted D'arcy and Everest about a specific plant that I wanted following the death of my friends son. Could not have been more helpful from telling me when they were going to be back in stock to reserving some for me and then dispatching asap. Plants arrived in great condition and were very well received.

I bought a mixed primula collection that was advertised as a special variant with different colours and varieties, exactly as shown in the photos. After waiting a full year for them to bloom, every single one turned out to be the same colour — and not even close to what was pictured.

When I contacted the company, the only thing they offered was an apology and a discount if I bought even more from them. That’s completely unacceptable considering I paid £36 for 6 bulbs of primula. Very disappointing experience and misleading advertising.

Very impressed with the service from D&E. I was searching online for a plant with a specific name as a pet memorial. They seemed to be one of the few suppliers listing this. The plant was well packaged and delivered promptly.

What most impressed me however was their communication and compassion. They really went the extra mile to help us in response to my enquiry.

Ordered some plant plugs for a relatively rare species of rhubarb, D'Arcy and Everest were very transparent about shipping processes so I knew when they would arrive. Plugs arrived in great condition and thanks to the planting and care instructions they're now thriving in the garden.

I purchased 2 varieties of plants Echinacea Pallida ‘Hula Dancer’ & Erigeron karvinskianus 'Profusion'
They arrived promptly & well packaged in excellent condition and a lot more developed than I was expecting for a 9cm pot. They all have a good healthy root system so hopefully they will put down more vigorous growth to benefit the plant in the long run. I look forward to them flowering later this summer. The website is easy to use and there is a great selection to choose from, you can sign up for stock alerts if the variety you like is not in stock, and I ordered a printing catalogue which makes browsing even easier.
I am making a conscious effort this year to only shop at independent nurseries and D'Arcy & Everest is great find, throughly recommended. I shall definitely be a repeat customer.
