I have a property which I purchased with a view to renting for a period while I spent some time overseas.
I agreed to use the Agent D B Roberts to let the property and keep me informed about people who would want to rent it.
This agent has performed an absolutely super job letting the apartment, vetting the client and getting necessary work done to keep the property up to date.
During approx 10 years the Senior Property Manager and the Head of Property Management have been excellent managers and provided me with a very efficient service, and kept me up to date with any problems advising on solutions then resolving all problems satisfactorily.
I am very pleased with the total service given over all these years.

Lisa and the team were able to arrange for us to view within less than 12 hours, got our property on the market in 24 hours, agreed a sale in 5 working days and negotiated our onwards purchase within 1 Day.

We have had support obtaining a mortgage and have been referred to a conveyancing firm who have completed initial paperwork immediately.

As far as selling and buying a property goes, we couldn't have had a better experience. Communication throughout has helped manage our expectations and reduced stress.

Strongly recommend using DB Roberts. Hopefully our sale and purchase continues to progress as smoothly.

We have now been dealing with DBRoberts for about 7 years. Selling, buying - but mainly trusting them to help & support us with our rental properties.
We can not rate them highly enough. Lisa is our ‘go to’ & she is supported by a great team of friendly, helpful, supportive, professional & knowledgable people.
Most recently, we needed help & support in finding a new tenant as our current one had been successful in buying her own home. DBRoberts had found her for us in 2020 & she was a joy, so when she moved on we turned once more to DBR without hesitation.
This time, my contact was Tia - & what a great job she has done. She has supported, guided & advised us through the whole process & kept us informed at every step. She has been a delight to deal with & a great part of the team. Once again, the team have found us what we think will be great tenants who will be moving in very soon with the minimum of delay so that there is hardly any break between our tenants - just enough time for our property to be inspected & any small jobs it needs doing to keep it in A1 condition. In this part of the process, we were supported very well by Alison, who we have come to trust as a good judge of character - & Lisa is always there as a guiding hand who oversees the whole thing.
We feel confident that our new tenants will work out well - but we also know that if we have any problems or issues at all, once again, DBR will be there to help & support us through whatever it is. We also appreciate that they will be there to help our tenants too & we hope that they have felt supported, well advised & helped by DBR too. We like to think we are a team working together so that all concerned have a good experience. For us, we believe that DBR certainly achieve that.
