Viewers arranged as soon as the house went on the market. Friendly, professional service from the team. We will have no hesitation in using Delmor again for any other future property sales.

Writing about the brilliant experience I've had.

Angela from Delmor Kirkcaldy came round to value my flat earlier this year. Gave me a reasonably good valuation and offered a deferred agent / home buyers report package.

Valuation was a little short of what I paid for it plus the improvement, but I thought "why not?", given that I had my own reserve price above the home buyers valuation. I was expecting to still be there in 2026...

However, not only had they arranged a small number of viewings quickly, I had a really good offer around 6 weeks after it being put on the market.

Cherry on the cake - great team, easy to contact and very helpful.

The lovely girls, Michelle, Angela and Carolyn, were so efficient, you would not think you were doing a house sale. Everthing, from start to finish went so smoothly it was a breeze. It's so obvious they are a great team who love their jobs with an amazing sense of humour to make your transaction as easy and painless as possible. I can't recommend them highly enough! Well done and thank you, you wonderful girls 😊.

I dealt with Delmor Cowdenbeath and Delmor Leven recently and I simply would say this: avoid. The staff seem friendly but is's all superficial (estate agents are infamous in that regard) and with hindsight, they don't like it if you ask too many questions. Just sign the form and pay the extortionate fee (see title). I wish I had never contacted them. The only reason I chose them was because in the town where I lived, their sales boards were in nearly every street. Be advised that they will charge you a minimum fee of around £1500 or more regardless of how much effort it takes to sell your property. They (Delmor) should only bill actual chargeable hours plus their percentage, which in my case, wouldn't have been very much, at all. Even if this is common practice,it does not make it right or fair. There's no way I should have been charged so much when my flat was basically sold in one day. Shop around, get quotes, which is what I should have done. I was left today with no help from their Leven branch that took me hours to do, when they should have sorted it as they were the selling agents. Would have taken them no time at all. Four hours on the phone and sending emails, hours of my life ruined because of Peter Hind and his colleagues not doing their jobs. Mr Hind threatened on the phone to "come and have a word" with me when I complained. Totally unprofessional and very inappropriate. Not unlike a playground bully, and to make matters even worse, he is the branch manager. They (Delmor) refused to help or even accept that their client, the seller, had created a great deal of work for me, which was completely unnecessary. I definitely won't be contacting them next time, or for any reason, I will go back to my previous estate agent who were much better in every way. My time is equally valuable as anyone who works for Delmor, though they obviously think differently. I sincerely hope this review is read by someone at their Head Office as it's all 100 % true. I will provide a full account, this is only a summary. Mr Lind crossed a line today, unacceptably, I will be selling and buying again in a few years and will not even consider this lot for anything.

Failed to issue a notice to the tenant to implement a tenant rent increase (it recommended) despite undertaking to do so. Despite repeated attempts over 3 months not resolved resulting in financial loss to us. Has now ceased communications with us.

I have just let a property from these guys and wow what a service! Paul went above and beyond to chase things up on my behalf. Everything was so easy and straightforward and was pushed through to get me in as soon as possible to help me out!! Once again thanks guys!!

Save yourself a load of heartache and avoid this bunch of amateurs. I tried to sell a property with them and after they left my property unlocked not once but twice (they were handling viewings on my behalf) the managing director called me liar and suggested that I didn't know how to lock my own front door.

Zero stars.
