I have used Deluxe Cruises on a regular basis for many, many years and both their pricing and service has been exemplary on every occasion. The team at Deluxe Cruises and in particular Claire Jeyes have recently gone “above and beyond” in sorting out a cancellation and re-booking of a cruise with Seabourn following my wife’s illness. Seabourn’s terms and conditions relating to changing my booking were labyrinthine to say the least and I could not have done it without Claire’s help and assistance.
