Deluxe made our cruise special - pre cruise communication was detailed and clear - on board we were treated to special activities with Lesley (and Jeffrey) that added to the enjoyment. Although it was a cruise "hosted by" Lesley we did not feel under any particular pressure to participate if we didn't want to. All in all I think Deluxe did a super job of smoothing our path to a fun experience.

From start to finish, all the contacts by telephone email and letter were excellent, Our requests, enquiries were dealt with immediately, and we felt confident that our booking was being well looked after.
The "Bon Voyage" Card and then the "Welcome Home" card were a lovely touch.
