I had a missing delivery, not showing up on Parcelforce records. Dental Direct didn't hesitate to resend. Very nice people to deal with (Laura)

Toothpaste not shown as out of stock
Ordered toothpaste, not shown as out of stock. No delivery when expected but after 6 days I received a message saying that it was out of stock and delivery will be delayed further.
If an item is out of stock be honest and show it as such.

Respuesta de Dental Direct
Dear David
Thank you for taking the time to complete the review.
There had been some major production issues with this product and unfortunately we didn't get as much as we had ordered and therefore had to cut back some quantities that some customers ordered. I do apologies for any inconvenience that this may cause but was unfortunately, unavoidable.
Kind Regards
Paul

Not impressed
My item was dispatched on the third day after ordering I dont think this is good enough, with second postage it took over a week to come. Also item is very expensive and with postage added on I think its overpriced.
