First of all Steve and Paul arrived to carry out an alloy wheel repair on our Focus ST ahead of the agreed time of 12-3pm, they were on site before midday. Less than an hour later and the repair had been carried out and the alloy was put back on the car and once again the wheel was looking mint. Absolutely fantastic workmanship from Steve and Paul I am more than happy with the quality of the work carried out by them a real credit to Dent Wizard in my opinion.

Excellent service from James who I was able to speak to the day before the repair was due. He managed to adjust his schedule to fit my appointment in so that I didn't have to rearrange meetings I had that day. Very personable, knowledgeable and flexible. Good job!

James, from DWV, was booked to carry out repairs to 4 alloy wheels on my car. When he arrived, he was polite, cheerful and professional. Alter inspecting the alloys, he informed me that they needed more TLC than he could give (being mobile). He immediately talked me through the process of what to do next and put my mind to rest reassuring me that all will be ok. The way James dealt with the issue has provided with all faith in the company and I would not hesitate to have further works carried out with them. Well done James, you are a credit to DWV and young people of today!!

I received a call the day before letting me know what time I could expect Peter. He arrived on time and made an excellent job of repairing my scratch on the passenger door and also the damaged I had on my front bumper. He went the extra mile after some issues with my tyre valves and helped get the job done when others may have left the job to another day.

I had a scuffed bumper repaired today by Dent Wizard under a cosmetic damage repair policy sold by Inchcape. I had no problem rearranging the original appointment by phone, although the website system for doing this was not working. The repair was done very well and you would not know the bumper had been damaged. The technician Kyle CB went to a lot of trouble over this small repair and matched the paint expertly. He was very professional in his approach and also personable to deal with. Recommended.

Great service , James arrived on time, took a lot of care to not damage the car while sorting the alloys out ( as the car is really low), he had also called in advance to make sure the paint was an exact match. Alloys back to looking flawless now. Many thanks James, appreciate your time and effort.
