Our favorite leisure clothing brand
We started with just one t-shirt and now , already for few years, it's my husband's favorite brand for leisure clothing - he owns at least 30 t-shirts (pima cotton and linen), shorts, trousers and now also swimming shorts.
The quality of the garments is exceptional - they are soft, breathable and they last! My husband wears them daily and he loves them!
As an online customer , we would also like to add that the whole shopping process is seamless and with utmost attention to details - starting with the packaging design, fast delivery process and attentive and personal customer service.

A men's dressing gown I wanted to buy as a birthday present was, unfortunately, out of stock. Fay in Customer Services, said she would let me know when it was again available. This she did and, within one day of her email, I had received it. It was beautifully packed, and the quality is excellent.

Wonderful service and clothing
I purchased clothing from Derek Rose that were lovely however the fit on the particular items did not work for me. The returns and refund process was excellent. The communication, promptness and timely refund was effortless. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company again and thank them for their understanding and efficiency

I lost my favorite pair of Derek Rose slides and PJ's on a international flight and was bummed to see they were no longer available online. I contacted customer care and they found an exact size and pattern match and promptly shipped to me. Excellent service and products.

The company noticed that I had asked for a different size for one of the pajamas i ordered, wrote to find out what the right size was and dispatched my pajamas, in the correct size, immediately. Excellent service.

Perfect pyjamas
This is my fourth order from Derek Rose and, as usual, it was dealt with efficiently and speedily. My pyjamas arrived four days after my order was placed, even though I live outside the UK. I love them! They are beautifully made, comfortable and wash well as I found out from my first order a few years ago. Thank you Derek Rose.

Amazing customer service other retailers could learn from
I ordered a few items early on in the seasonal sale and subsequently found they had been reduced further - I was contemplating returning the items but thought I’d ask customer service if they would honour the price difference - and they did, immediately! Absolutely brilliant customer service and absolutely brilliant quality clothing. I’m a very happy customer who couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Not cheap but well worth the money
I hesitated for a while before making a purchase as I didn’t think I could justify the price.
Then I ordered a nightshirt as I fancied a change from pyjamas with an elasticated waist.
I had an issue with the item but customer service was truly excellent and my issue was resolved very quickly.
Sizing is on the large side, but the web site does have a handy sizing guide

The Customer Service I received from…Thanks you Fay and Derek Rose.
The Customer Service I received from Derek Rose via Fay was second to none. My experience of returning a pair of silk pyjamas, a Christmas gift, to Selfridge's was disappointing. I wanted the next size up, they had no silk pyjamas in stock.
I spoke to Fay at Derek Rose. She arranged for the pyjamas to be collected and immediately replaced them with there correct size. Fay was kind and professional. Her manor was such that I felt I was talking to a good friend. The contrast with the service received compared to speaking to someone in a call centre, who works to a script which seems to be designed to bat away customers is stark. Many large firms should use Derek Rose as the gold standard.

A simple gesture never goes unnoticed
Amazing customer service. I lost a robe belt while traveling and inquired if they offered an option to purchase another one. Not only did they accommodate my request, they far exceeded my expectations. Their seamstresses crafted a new one and shipped it to me free of charge. Also, every step of the process they provided updates. To say I am grateful for their generosity is an understatement and I will be customer and their advocate for life!

First order online. Perfect !
I chose a dressing gown but my size was no longer available. I asked if I could hope for a restocking. Very quickly Beckie replied she had found one in a store. Beckie and Lynn perfectly organized the payment via a secure link and fast shipping. They were very efficient and courteous.
I have known and appreciated the brand for a very long time but it is my first order online.
It is a very positive and reassuring experience.
I would not hesitate to use it again.
I regret non longer finding stores that represent the brand.

The customer service at Derek Rose is incredible! I ordered a beautiful man’s bathrobe, and it arrived with the wrong monogrammed thread color. Within a week, my new robe with the correct thread color had been shipped. Remarkable service, especially at Christmas!
