I had a very good experience buying at Derek Rose . My choice wasn’t available on the web . I contacted customer service on whatsapp and Lynn managed to look on the stock from shop and in the end I got what I wanted . All fast with efficient replies .So extremely good customer service service

Extremely high quality and helpful customer services
I had to contact customer services about changes to my order - footwear of the wrong size and a larger size robe was required. I dealt with two people who were unfailingly polite and extremely helpful. Replacement footwear was located, but could not be sent to me because of quality control issues. A courier was instructed to collect the items to be returned and he appeared within 3 hours of my dealing with customer services. The quality of the clothing is extremely high, as is the quality of the service. Highly recommended.

I cannot speak too highly of Derek Rose…
I cannot speak too highly of Derek Rose - the product is excellent and fundamentally differentiated from other products on the market - in terms of design, quality and cloth. Further, customer service through their website, email customer services and in thier dedicated shops in London are simply excellent. I have been buying their products for other ten years and am a great fan!

My entire experience with Derek Rose was amazing. I needed some help picking out the perfect gift and Gary was extremely helpful. I asked a lot of questions and he happily answered all of them without a hint of impatience. Gary was funny, down to earth, and kind! I was given the best support and felt quite comfortable bouncing ideas of of Gary for my written gift note.He gave the most awesome feedback and I was happy with my final decision. My gift arrived as expected. It was beautifully wrapped. The gift box nice and sturdy. Shipping was FAST! I am looking forward to shopping with Derek Rose again sooner than later. While Derek Rose is available in stores throughout the United States. I personally liked dealing with the company directly in London. It felt more authentic and the customer service was top notch. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent customer support
I ordered several shirts as they are my go-to gym shirts and I mistakenly ordered the wrong size on one of my orders that deviated from previous orders.
The next morning I received an email stating they noticed the change and needed me to clarify.
I was delighted they caught my error before shipping which would've caused return issues for me.
Top-shelf customer service and you now have a lifelong customer, as a result.

Great experience all the way. Even though it is a we shop it feels very personal and even with an exchange the team did everything to find the right size and fit. Highly recommended. And quality of the brand’s products is very high!

Derek Rose wonderful products unsurpassed customer service.
From all of the luxury brands I have dealt with in the past, this has been my best experience. The assistants in the shops are so helpful and accommodating. They are enthusiastic and have a deep knowledge of the product range. I would thoroughly recommend visiting one of their stores and treating yourself.

This company could not be more kind
This company could not be more kind, accommodating and helpful. I was recently gifted a pair of their pajamas. They were beautiful, but just not my “thing.”
I didn’t want to offend the gift-giver, so I contacted customer service to see if it was possible to do an exchange.
Not only did they quickly and easily expedite the exchange, but when my new items totaled a bit more than the originally purchased gift, they waived the extra amount AND covered the shipping in both directions. Not an inexpensive endeavor going back and forth from the US to the Uk!
I have such great respect for a company that is so easy to work with, takes such pride in their products and makes the shopping experience so lovely. I highly recommend!

Good afternoon My name is Olya! I am amazingly surprised by Derek Rose's customer service! I made a mistake in the order, paid for it and only then saw that I had incorrectly indicated the size of one item! And I didn’t even hope that they would see my application on time and help me replace the size I needed! So, it was late in the evening at 22.30, I wrote in the chat and they answered me so instantly so that I wouldn’t worry and did everything necessary in 2 minutes!!!! Just imagine!!!! I place so many orders on different sites and nowhere there is such excellent service as here! I wish these wonderful people even greater development and many grateful clients! And I also want to say that the quality of Derek Rose items is simply amazing! I've been ordering them for years! And I’m telling you for sure - they are the best!!! Thank you for such amazing service!!!!

I asked for an urgent order to be sent as soon as possible as I had the delivery person leave the country early. Fay was so helpful and got back to my email straight away and sent my item to embroidery a few minutes after ordering! Great, efficient, fast service!

I am happy to be a customer of this store. Quality worth the money! Pajamas are in no way inferior to competitors! I stopped buying LA Perla because why pay more? the Derek Rosle brand* is an incredibly thin and very strong fabric, pleasant to the touch. I am happy to just walk in it and not just sleep in it. These are already three purchased products, I still want silk pajamas, maybe with time, packaging with love. The support and feedback from this store is very high! Thanks to the store, keep it up, I am satisfied and can advise, from A to ..., from purchase to delivery, a great experience.
