Went to visit them today as apparently they were 'too busy' to come to me to fix my hoist. I drove a long way in heat to get it sorted. Found them feeling very hot and bothered to find 3 guys sat outside clearly not doing a lot. Parked and went in to have a guy treat me like I'd turned up without prior notice and after that never spoke again. Never mind asking if I wanted a drink! Mr Gosling turned up and he ignored me as well. Next time I'll insist someone visit me and I'll pay them with the same lack of respect.

I have never had such personalised service for my hoist transfer or a new hoist put in. I have never had photos of my hoist being transferred. That personal touch is really appreciated by my husband and myself. We took our old car up to the dealership for him to remove my hoist. Then we went home. A little while later we got a call to say our new car was ready.
I feel like I will be staying with Peugeot and Des Goslings whenever I need a new car with Motability.
Thank you so very much for your efficient, quick service and friendly personal. Well done!!! Keep up the great work!!

You were able to move the hoist from one car to the new one at no charge in less than 2 hours

Quick easy the engineer knew what he was doing and was done in no time Overall Great 😀

All good I always have Des Goslings hand controls because they are perfect for me.

Thank you so much for my new hand controls I love them. As always they are perfectly placed and I particularly like the stubby handle. I can manage the gear change easily which was a genuine concern of mind.

They do what it says on the tin. Everything was done with great service

You have always fitted my adaption to my cars , the adaption is a left twin adaption as I have to drive with my left leg. The adaption has always fitted well, and I have no had no problems with the adaption and can drive the car straight away, so thank you for fitting it for me and giving me many hours of being able to drive, and being able to get out and about.

When I had a problem with the hoist the cam out to fix it brilliant

A friendly and veryful helpfull service which included a demonstration of the hoist.

They are just amazing! I spoke to Matthew via telephone and email for a grab handle as my dad is now disabled. He was really polite professional and friendly. My mum and wife travelled to have the part fitted and they said his wonderful the experience was albeit they travelled two hours. The staff are so friendly and kind. This company needs to get more recognition for the work they do and at such amazing prices. Would highly recommend them. Keep up the great work and thank you again.

This is the first time that I have used Des Gosling Motability, but it will not be the last, I cannot recommend them enough! We first came across them at the show in Birmingham in 2023 and were very impressed with the knowledge, friendliness and advice they gave us that we decided to make the two and a half hour car journey (twice, to try then order then to collect) to purchase our new powerchair from them! They made sure that there was absolutely NO problems…A HUGE thank you to everyone involved…we even met the boss!
