All the work done to the usual high standard and Des Gosling, like myself, were waiting almost 2 years for the car to arrive

Everything was clear, we were kept in touch from placing the order back in April 2022 to hand over in January 2023 .Maria contacted us each month and kept us informed of progress.

Great device, dual accelerator on the automatic. Easy to use and fitted it early as they were passing and we we’re available. Lovely technician.

thee company are very helpful. checked my mobility scooter would fit .
it fitted very well. the hoist is straight forward and easy to use.

Generally good, quite helpful and friendly. However, we had hiccups with timing, waiting for return calls for a boot hoist demo' for a new scooter.
But fair play..there's always room for improvement hence a 4 star.

The man that showed me how to use the hoist was brilliant he did it slowly so l took the instruction on how to operate the hoist

We visited Des Gosling today to have pedal extensions fitted in my car, as I was having difficulty using the clutch pedal after recovering from two ankle fractures.
The service that we received was outstanding !
All staff were polite and couldn't do enough for us.
The workshop was clean and tidy with a warm and comfortable waiting room for us whilst the work was carried out and refreshments were offered on several occasions.
I am extremely pleased with the extensions and the way the work was carried out, and am looking forward to finally getting out in my car again !
I can highly recommend the company, the workmanship and the care taken by all the staff in giving such an outstanding service.

Excellent service as usual, good information, top man for Adaptions.

Everything works fine.although a clip was left loose which meant the plastic cover next to accelerator came loose. Renault quickly fixed this for me. However every other time all products were fine

The guy met me at the dealership and adjusted everything for me on my adaption and was lovely. I would definitely recommend them.

The equipment was fitted on the day that was promised and to a high standard.
