I worked with Robert Jones and his team who have gone above and beyond for the Qwik Hitz website. They were very professional, efficient and responsive. The team was able to get a good idea of what the company was and create the site based on the needs and expectations of the business. They were patient with me and my needs outside of the web project which was helpful when you are swamped with personal life. I have worked with Web companies like this in the past and Design Cater is by far the best. All Web companies use stock images, however, you can always provide pictures that they can use for your site. I did this and the team set it up wonderfully. Design are basic clip art from internet. No thought or design. When I showed dissatisfaction and requested my money back as they promised. They said it was per my direction. What a waste of money! But I’m pretty sure that’s their intention.

This company is a JOKE. DO NOT use them for their design services. I filled out a creative brief and the initial designs I received back were exact replicas of other designs I have seen online. I was told if I was not satisfied with the work, then a refund was 100% guaranteed. But upon request of a refund, I have been given the runaround, including texts in the evening, and Jack Brown essentially telling me I really was not entitled to a refund and they stand by their work. $119-I should have known. You get what you pay for. STAY AWAY!
