Robert followed up with me and was very diligent in getting all the information required in order to complete the website.

I believed all these 5**** reviews & have spent over $4000 with them on the cheapest website I’ve ever seen.
They left out 90% of the information I included on the intake form & continued to request with each edit. Still they could not put a super basic before & after gallery on my website. They could not link my reviews, to the non existent gallery I asked for 7Xs.They could not put my origin story of my original weight loss I provided them on my website. They did not put my rates on the website & just picked random numbers on the pricing page. I mean completely random.
The heads, arms & legs are cut off 25%off the bodies in my fitness photos. Everything has been darkened & when you hover over my photos, they ZOOM INTO my BOOBS, which while I’m sure they enjoy watching, it’s not something I’m selling in my fitness business. It does not matter how many times you repeat the same thing, over the phone, in emails. They can’t seem to deliver even 10% of what I’m clearly writing out, sending them photos, color swatches, links. I have handed everything I requested from them in an organized & clear manner. While they told me they would take care of everything without any of my own leg work. That is why I paid such a high price. So that they would do everything & I would not have to stress. Yet I am still doing the leg work, not once, but 7Xs now & they still cannot manage to include the information. I am handing them everything they need 7Xs over. This is not a “pay for what you” get business. This is a throw away your money & waste your time business model. Every step of this site, which is embarrassing & I do not want it associated with my business in any way. I want it taken down, has been hell. When you point out everything they have not done, they tell you to calm down. It’s been over 8 months now. I have a website, that shows a grey screen telling prospective clients they are entering an unsecured site. For $4000. My go daddy website —that costs $250– sends them straight to the information when people search my business. This has been the most unprofessional experience. I have been waiting on a refund since March now. They keep wanting to take “meetings”. What will you hear on the 8th go around that you missed the first 7? How many times do I have to resend the same information?

We hired design cater to redo our website. We already had a domain which connected to our work emails. They went live with the website and disconnected all of our emails. I’ve called, emailed, texted and cannot get the issue resolved. We are on day 3 of being completely down as a business
